Abstract
In order to achieve long-term sustainable development, small and medium-sized private
enterprises must attach importance to employee motivation and training. Employee motivation is
an important part of enterprise personnel management. China's small and medium-sized private
enterprises need to improve the level of employee motivation, how to recruit appropriate
employees, how to understand the actual needs of employees, how to improve the enthusiasm of
employees, how to achieve the highest income of capitalists through scientific distribution
mechanism, and how to achieve the optimization of employee incentive effect, which has always
been an important issue that needs to be considered in the business process of enterprises, and
also a problem that enterprises have to solve in the business process, How to find a suitable
employee incentive mechanism is also an important problem in the business process. Managers
of small and medium-sized private enterprises must consider these issues.
This paper believes that the staff incentive mechanism of SF Company mainly has the
following problems: first, the sharing of incentive information is not transparent, second, the
staff's behavior binding force is insufficient, and third, the incentive effect is not quantified. The
purpose of this paper is to explore problems and put forward optimization countermeasures
through in-depth research on the incentive mechanism of SF company's engineering project
employees, help the optimization and upgrading of SF company's talent incentive mechanism,
propose to establish and improve the internal information sharing platform to ensure fairness,
strengthen the construction of the process supervision system, refine the punishment provisions,
build a comprehensive effect evaluation machine, and enhance personal sense of achievement.
