父母婚姻质量与亲子心理健康的关系

摘要

我国正处于社会主义发展的新时期，经济社会面临着迅速转型，人们的物

质生活水平进一步提升，而压力也不断加大，患有心理亚健康的人越来越多，

加强心理健康服务，开展全民性心理健康教育成为必然要求。因此，本文从父

母婚姻质量和亲子生心理健康的关系出发，探讨了父母的婚姻质量和亲子心理

健康的关系。本文主要分为六个部分。第一部分为引言，在这部分论述了研究

的背景和意义。第二部分为阐述了父母婚姻质量与子女心理健康的现状，从父

母婚姻质量与父母婚姻质量与子女心理健康的关系两方面进行研究。第三部分

论述了父母婚姻质量对子女心理健康产生的影响，其影响主要包括学习心理、

心理认知、情绪调节三方面。第四部分论述了父母婚姻质量影响子女心理健康

的路径，主要包括直接和间接两种路径。第五部分为提升父母婚姻质量，促进

子女心理健康提供了相关策略和解决方法。第六部分为结论，对本文的研究进

行总结。通过本文的研究以求能够为父母和子女的相处提供一个良好的模式。

Abstract

China is in the new period of socialist development, the economic society is

facing rapid transformation, people's material living standards are further improved,

and the pressure is also increasing, more and more people suffer from mental sub-

health, so it is necessary to strengthen mental health services and carry out national

mental health education. Therefore, this paper discusses the relationship between the

quality of parents' marriage and the mental health of parents and children. This paper

is mainly divided into six parts. The first part is the introduction, in which the

background and significance of the research are discussed. The second part describes

the status quo of parents' marriage quality and children's mental health, and studies

the relationship between parents' marriage quality and parents' marriage quality and

children's mental health. The third part discusses the influence of parents' marriage

quality on their children's mental health, which mainly includes learning psychology,

psychological cognition and emotion regulation. The fourth part discusses the path of

parents' marriage quality affecting their children's mental health, mainly including

direct and indirect ways. The fifth part provides relevant strategies and solutions for

improving the quality of parents' marriage and promoting children's mental health.

The sixth part is the conclusion of this paper. Through this study, in order to provide a

good model for parents and children to get along. Key words: parents；
