摘要

为了顺应数字经济大潮电器制造企业数字化转型是的必然选择，

当然这与我国建设网络强国、实施“互联网＋”战略是相辅相成的。

电器制造企业数字化转型已经进入非常白热化的阶段，但理论研究

明显滞后，对于“制造企业如何实现数字化转型？”这一问题的研

就亟待深入。在此背景下，本文以美的集团为例通过 SWOT 分析法

对数字化转型进行了分析旨在回答电器制造企业数字化转型办法。

Abstract

In order to adapt to the tide of digital economy, the digital

transformation of electrical appliance manufacturing enterprises is an

inevitable choice. Of course, it is complementary to the construction of

China's network power and the implementation of the "Internet +"

strategy. The digital transformation of electrical manufacturing

enterprises has entered a very white hot stage, but the theoretical research

obviously lags behind The research on this problem needs to be

deepened. In this context, taking Midea Group as an example, this paper

analyzes the digital transformation through SWOT analysis, aiming to

answer the digital transformation methods of electrical manufacturing

enterprises.
