摘要

在我国实现两个一百年的进程中，人民对大众商品的购买力逐步增强，超市作为一个

小型综合体已经成为市民生活消费的主要场所。超市为了保证商品充足，通常会储存很

多存货，所以超市的存货在其资产中占有相当大的比重。而存货过多又会影响企业的现

金流，所以加强超市的存货管理至关重要。

存货关系到仓储、采购等多个部门，对超市的经营有着连锁反应，直接影响到超市的利

润情况。而存货管理控制水平的高低又直接影响到整个超市的运营情况，零售业不同于

其他行业，库存是零售业尤其是超市的命脉，所以如何做好超市的库存管理，既可以保

证正常的销售不缺货又可以优化库存管理对于各大超市的运营有着实际意义。

华联超市作为全国大型连锁超市属于典型案例，本文将选取它做为研究对象，通过分

析目前华联超市存货内部控制体系现状，找出其存在的问题，探究问题背后的成因，找

出相应的解决方案，为华联超市的存货管理提供建议，进而提升公司整体的营运水平。

Abstract

In the process of China's two centenaries, people's purchasing power of mass goods has

gradually increased. As a small complex, supermarket has become the main place of

consumption in people's life. In order to ensure sufficient commodities, supermarkets usually

store a lot of inventory, so the inventory of supermarkets accounts for a large proportion of their

assets. And too much inventory will affect the cash flow of enterprises, so it is very important to

strengthen the inventory control of supermarkets. Inventory is related to warehousing,

procurement and other departments, which has a chain reaction to the operation of the

supermarket and directly affects the profit of the supermarket. The level of inventory

management control affects the operation of the whole supermarket. The retail industry is

different from other industries. Inventory is the lifeblood of the retail industry, especially the

supermarket. Therefore, how to do a good job in the inventory management of the supermarket

can not only ensure the normal sales, but also optimize the inventory management, which has

practical significance for the operation of major supermarkets.

Hualian Supermarket as a national large supermarket chain is a typical case, this paper will

select it as the research object, the purpose is to analyze the current situation of Hualian

Supermarket inventory internal control system, according to the analysis of the reasons, to

explore the causes of Hualian Supermarket inventory management problems, find out the

corresponding solutions, to provide suggestions for Hualian Supermarket and provide

corresponding reference for other supermarkets.
