摘 要
当前市面上的纯吸落叶收集机在同一容腔内进行吸取、压缩和粉碎落叶的
操作,会出现落叶回流或堵塞问题。同时,轻质垃圾和落叶中的水分积累,会
导致后续从机器中取出落叶以及将其制作成肥料过程变得繁琐。针对此问题,
设计了一种模块化粉碎压缩一体机。该设备通过将吸取粉碎模块与压缩模块相
互独立,实现各处理环节的有序分离。在吸取落叶时,能够避免吸入轻质垃圾
在压缩堆积落叶过程中,还可实现落叶与水分的分离。
文章从主要传动零部件、主要执行机构和辅助结构三大部分展开。在主要
传动零件设计中,完成带传动、齿轮传动和齿轮齿条传动的参数计算,并对高
速轴和低速轴进行结构设计和强度校核。主要执行机构由气力输送系统、叶片
粉碎系统、物料压缩机构三个功能模块构成。其中,气力输送系统包括吸管、
过滤网和管道接口的结构设计;叶片粉碎系统包括刀片组和粉碎与输送机构设
计;物料压缩机构则对压缩腔进行设计。辅助结构部分,包含行走系统、机架
构和设计的过SolidworksAutoCAD
成三维建模与工程图纸的绘制,确保设计方案能够正常实施。

Abstract
Currently, most commercially available pure leaf vacuum collectors perform the
operations of suction, compression, and shredding of leaves within a single chamber,
which often leads to issues such as leaf backflow or clogging. Additionally, the
accumulation of moisture in lightweight debris and leaves complicates the subsequent
processes of leaf extraction from the machine and their conversion into fertilizer. To
address these problems, a modular integrated shredding and compression machine has
been designed. This equipment achieves sequential separation of processing stages by
decoupling the suction-shredding module from the compression module. During leaf
suction, the device prevents the intake of lightweight debris, while during the
compression of accumulated leaves, it enables the separation of leaves from moisture.
The article is structured into three main sections: primary transmission
components, main executive mechanisms, and auxiliary structures. In the design of
primary transmission components, parameter calculations for belt drives, gear drives,
and rack-and-pinion mechanisms are completed, followed by the structural design and
strength verification of high-speed and low-speed shafts. The main executive
mechanisms consist of three functional modules: a pneumatic conveying system, a
blade crushing system, and a material compression mechanism. The pneumatic
conveying system includes the structural design of suction pipes, filter screens, and
pipeline interfaces. The blade crushing system comprises the design of blade
assemblies and the crushing-and-conveying mechanism. The material compression
mechanism focuses on the design of the compression chamber. The auxiliary
structures encompass the walking system, frame structure, and support structure
design. During the design process, SolidWorks and AutoCAD software were utilized
to complete 3D modeling and engineering drawings, ensuring the feasibility of the
design solution.
