摘要

随着我国汽车保有量的不断攀升，汽车以成为人们出行的主要交通工具，而汽车

在行驶的过程中，爆胎或轮胎漏气是汽车最常见的故障，在无法开到附近的维修站时，

就只能依靠驾驶员自己更换上备胎，以保证车辆可以正常行驶一段时间，找到附近的

维修站。本次设计是车用便携式千斤顶设计，主要性能表现为:通过车用便携式千斤顶

的作用可以达到人不能拌运和抬升的货物及物品的作用，在很多制造业和汽车领域内

起到了很大的作用。本次设计的过程中通过各方面的学习树立正确的设计思想，培养

分析问题、解决问题的能力。整个系统机构设计简单，结构精妙，性能稳定，实现多

功能。确定研究方向和思路，之后基于工程原理，最后再进行制图与建模：使用

AutoCAD，Catia 等来进行设计后的制图以及三维建模。

Abstract

With the increasing number of cars in China, cars have become the main means of

transportation for people to travel. In the process of driving, flat tire or tire leakage is the most

common fault of cars. When you can't drive to the nearby maintenance station, you can only

rely on the driver to replace the spare tire, so as to ensure that the vehicle can drive normally

for a period of time and find the nearby maintenance station. This design is the design of

vehicle portable Jack. The main performance is as follows: through the function of vehicle

portable jack, people can achieve the function of goods and articles that can not be mixed and

lifted, which has played a great role in many manufacturing and automobile fields. In the

process of this design, through all aspects of learning, establish correct design ideas and

cultivate the ability to analyze and solve problems. The whole system has simple mechanism

design, exquisite structure, stable performance and multi-function. Determine the research

direction and ideas, and finally carry out drawing and modeling based on engineering

principles: use AutoCAD, CATIA, etc. to carry out drawing and 3D modeling after design.
