摘要

随着我国农业技术的不断发展，收割机在现代农业领域的得到广泛应用，

尤其在机械行业上应用非常普遍。在这个发展背景下，各种大白菜收割机加工设

备应运而生。大白菜收割机的产生极大提高了大白菜收割效率，同时也有力地推

动了农业的发展。大白菜收割机是机械工程中大量使用的一种设备，它在机械行

业中起着至关重要的作用。因此，对大白菜收割机进行设计改进是机械行业必不

可少的组成部分。为了满足机械工程中的不同的需求，针对现有成型的机型进行

功能改进或者研发新得功能已成为目前新的趋势。大白菜收割机具有收割方便

快速的优点。大白菜收割机的出现降低了收割周期，提高了保鲜时间，让产品质

量得到了保证，适合大面积推广使用。因此，设计一种大白菜收割机设备有着非

常重要的现实意义。

目前，我国的大白菜收割机其机械化水平仍然很低，有待解决关键性问题。

由于大白菜收割的特殊性，大白菜收割机无法满足规模化生产需要，现有的大

白菜收割机其机械化水平低。这次设计的大白菜收割机主要由松散收割装置和传

输动力装置组成。收割装置的收割程度可以通过前置车轮以及调节支架装置来

固定，收割的高度可以通过前置收割装置中的滚动齿来实现，使得该工具可以

适应不同农艺方式的种植的大白菜。

在此次的设计当中，我翻阅查看了大量的大白菜收割机设计资料，在农业

机械创新设计与应用当中，和以前的设计方法相比较而言，农业机械的广泛推

广应用中，使得对农民减轻体力工作和效率方面的提升，农业机械创新思路以

及要求要紧跟现代化的步伐下，需要与未来的发展相结合。

Abstract

With the continuous development of agricultural technology in China, harvesters

have been widely used in the field of modern agriculture, especially in the machinery

industry. In this development background, a variety of Chinese cabbage harvester

processing equipment came into being. The production of Chinese cabbage harvester

has greatly improved the efficiency of Chinese cabbage harvesting, and also

effectively promoted the development of agriculture. The Chinese cabbage harvester

is a piece of equipment that is heavily used in mechanical engineering, and it plays a

vital role in the machinery industry. Therefore, design improvements to Chinese

cabbage harvesters are an essential part of the machinery industry. In order to meet

the different needs in mechanical engineering, it has become a new trend to improve

the functions of existing molded models or to develop new functions. Chinese

cabbage harvester has the advantage of easy and fast harvesting. The emergence of

Chinese cabbage harvesters has reduced the harvesting cycle, improved the

preservation time, and ensured product quality, which is suitable for large-scale

promotion and use. Therefore, the design of a Cabbage harvester equipment has very

important practical significance.

At present, the mechanization level of China's Chinese cabbage harvester is still

very low, and key problems need to be solved. Due to the particularity of Chinese
