摘要

本文首先概述压装机背景、意义，分类及特点，然后对国内外压装机的技术

现状进行了综述，综述后根据其特点作出方案。本次设的是一种收边装置，该机

器主要运用于防尘罩的压紧收边。本设备的结构采用龙门立式机构，主要组成部

分由机体、压装机构、夹具工作台组成。其动力的驱动形式是由气缸来实现，为

了设备的实用性强的特性，工作头与压杆间的连接形式为球面连接。夹具工作台

主要是用来实现对工件的加紧和定位等作用。同时还起到另一方面的功能，对安

装后的防尘罩进行最主要的收边工作，压紧头有四工位，压装头采用气缸自定

心驱动，这种方式的工作方式，保证了其尺寸一致，使得其在收边压紧后，防

尘罩能够更加牢固的加紧在车轮支架上。本文对动力系统、夹具设计和气缸设计

都进行了详细的阐述和说明。

Abstract

Firstly, this paper summarizes the background, significance,

classification and characteristics of press machine, then summarizes

the technical status of press machine at home and abroad, and then

makes a plan according to its characteristics. This time, we set up

an edging device, which is mainly used for pressing edging of dust

cover. The structure of this equipment adopts gantry vertical

mechanism, and its main components are machine tool, press-fitting

mechanism and fixture workbench. The driving form of power is

realized by air cylinder. For the practical characteristics of the

equipment, the connection form between the working head and the

pressure bar is spherical connection. The fixture workbench is mainly

used to tighten and position the workpiece. At the same time, it also

plays the role of another hair surface, and performs the most

important edging work on the installed dust cover. The pressing head

has four stations, and the pressing head is driven by cylinder self-

centering. This way of work ensures that its size is consistent, so

that the dust cover can be more firmly tightened on the wheel bracket

after edging and pressing. In this paper, the power system, fixture

design and cylinder design are elaborated and explained in detail.
