摘 要
隧道内突发火灾,烟雾缭绕,照明受限,消防救援面临巨大挑战。火势若不及时控
制,可能引发隧道崩塌或车辆爆炸,造成更大的灾难。在这种紧急情况下,消防人员必
须迅速采取行动,但同时也需要充分的防护措施来保障自身安全。这场火灾考验着消防
人员的勇气和智慧,也提醒我们要重视隧道安全问题,加强预防措施。
为了解决危险区域消防问题,本课题研制了一种灭火机器人,以此来检测火灾,并
替代消防员在易燃易爆等环境进行灭火。先是根据灭火机器人的应用场景及基本参数,
确定灭火机器人的灭火流程及工作原理,得出总体设计方案,本课题主要是对灭火机器
人结构做详细研究,自动灭火机器人有摄像头在遇到火情时可以通过执行系统自由移动

Abstract
Sudden fires in the tunnels, smoky and limited lighting made fire rescue and rescue a huge
challenge. If the fire is not controlled in time, it can cause tunnel collapse or vehicle explosion,
causing even greater disaster. In such an emergency, firefighters must act quickly, but at the same
time, they need adequate precautions to keep themselves safe. The fire tested the courage and
wisdom of firefighters, and also reminded us to pay attention to tunnel safety and strengthen
preventive measures.
In order to solve the problem of fire protection in dangerous areas, a fire extinguishing
robot was developed to detect fires and replace firefighters to extinguish fires in flammable and
explosive environments. First of all, according to the application scenario and basic parameters
of the fire extinguishing robot, determine the fire extinguishing process and working principle of
the fire extinguishing robot, and obtain the overall design scheme, this topic is mainly to do a
detailed study of the structure of the fire extinguishing robot, the automatic fire extinguishing
robot has a camera that can move freely through the execution system when encountering a fire,
driven by the screw rod to achieve lifting and angle adjustment, and the fire hydrant is
automatically opened by the rack and pinion to achieve fire extinguishing. Finally,
SOLIDWORKS was used to model the fire extinguishing robot in 3D.
