摘 要
根据工件的外形特点,联系实际生产加工的需要,设计出一种结构简单,工作可靠
生产成本低的外圆加工抛光设备。通过查阅资料对比不同设计方案,采取水平进给、无
心外圆抛光的方法。外圆抛光机主要有电机,导轮轴,导向轮,抛光轮,减速器,径向
导轨,抛光轮等等部件组成。抛光轮与电机间采用带传动的传动方式,导轮轴与减速器
间采用链传动的传动方式。可通过径向导轨调整抛光轮与工件的距离,从而适用于不同
轴径的外圆抛光。选用不同的抛光轮可对不同材质的外圆抛光。采用无心外圆抛光,抛
光头的旋转轴与工件的旋转轴不在同一轴线上,不会对工件中心产生压力,避免产生形
变或变形等问题。适用范围广,常用于木材、橡胶、塑料等软质材料的抛光,也可以用
于硬质材料的粗抛和去毛刺。实际应用效果和市场成套抛光设备相比,结构简单、造价
低廉、维修率低,在节省了人力、财力的情况下,大大提高了生产效率。此设计对不同
材质不同尺寸的外圆抛光加工方案的选择具有一定的借鉴作用。

Abstract
Based on the external characteristics of the workpiece and the actual production and
processing needs, a simple structure, reliable operation, and low production cost external circle
processing and polishing equipment is designed. By comparing different design schemes through
literature review, the method of horizontal feed and centerless outer circle polishing is ado pted.
The external polishing machine mainly consists of motor, guide wheel shaft, guide wheel,
polishing wheel, reducer, radial guide rail, polishing wheel and other components. The polishing
wheel and motor are driven by belt, while the guide wheel shaft and reducer are driven by chain.
The distance between the polishing wheel and the workpiece can be adjusted through a radial
guide rail, making it suitable for outer circle polishing with different shaft diameters. Choosing
different polishing wheels can polish the outer circles of different materials. Adopting centerless
outer circle polishing, the rotation axis of the polishing head is not on the same axis as the
rotation axis of the workpiece, which will not exert pressure on the center of the workpiece,
avoiding deformation or other problems. Widely applicable, commonly used for polishing soft
materials such as wood, rubber, plastic, etc. It can also be used for rough polishing and deburring
of hard materials. Compared with complete polishing equipment in the market, the actual
application effect is simple in structure, low in cost, and low in maintenance rate. While saving
manpower andfinancial resources, it greatly improves production efficiency, This design has
certain reference value for the selection of outer circle polishing schemes with different materials
and sizes.
