摘 要
随着城市化的发展,苗圃花卉的作用也越发凸显,融入了人们的生活,还
能够起到固土保湿、净化空气、美化环境、使人们的生活环境得到更好的改善
国家也适时的加大了对苗圃花卉的相关扶持,不但使苗圃花卉的整体种植规模
有了较大的改观,而且从品种到技术,全方位,多角度的方向进行改良。
本设计主要是对苗圃花卉移栽机进行设计,苗圃花卉是一种专业的农用机
械,适用于各种种植花卉的环境中使用,尤其是在大型经济作物种植园中使用
的最为广泛,其在花卉的种植中大大提高了生产效率,较少了人工劳作强度,
对于提高花卉的生产有着极大的效果。而移栽机是花卉种植中关键的机械,对
花卉的种植成活率,种植效率都起到了至关重要的作用,因此花卉移栽设计的
合理与否将直接影响到花卉产业的生产效果。花卉移栽机的主要结构包括苗圃
的输送机构,开够栽种机构,浮土机构,打埂机构,镇压装置等主要机构。在
本次设计中主要对减速箱、链条传动机构、机构架体进行计算和结构设计,然
后对所设计的各个机构的各自主要零部件进行了校核。同时本次运用
SolidWorks 软件对移栽机的主要零部件和整体结构进行了三维建模,并进行
装配模拟。通过分析计算本设计能够满足设计要求,为下一步深入研究奠定了
基础。

Abstract
With the rapid development of large scale integrated circuit and computer control
technology and the increasingly mature, the birth and development of the numerical
control software technology, which is closely linked with the artificial intelligence
robot controller, servo drive system and corresponding technology such as detection
sensor, and with the development of technology and the perfect form a systemic
integration technology, to promote the development of all kinds of agricultural
machinery, Agricultural production technology has been unprecedented development,
all kinds of special agricultural machinery emerged at the historic moment, in the
mechanical electrical control technology and software control technology increasingly
developed and improved, all kinds of agricultural machinery technology and
application has been greatly improved.
This design is mainly for pineapple transplanting machine design, pineapple
transplanting machine is a kind of agricultural machinery of professional, grow
pineapples are suitable for all kinds of environments, especially in the large economic
crops plantation in one of the most widely used, its in the pineapple growing and
receiving has greatly increased the production efficiency, less human labor intensity,
to improve the economic crop production has a great effect. The transplanting
machine is the key machinery in pineapple production and harvesting machine, which
plays a vital role in the survival rate and planting efficiency of pineapple. Therefore,
the rationality of pineapple transplanting design will directly affect the production
effect of pineapple planting industry. The main structure of pineapple transplanter
includes the conveying mechanism of pineapple nursery, the planting mechanism, the
floating soil mechanism, the ridge mechanism, the suppression device and other main
institutions. In this design, the main reducer, chain transmission mechanism, structure
design and calculation of the frame body, and then the design of each mechanism of
the main parts were checked. At the same time, the use of SolidWorks software on the
main parts of the robot and the overall structure of three-dimensional modeling, and
assembly simulation. Through analysis and calculation, this design can meet the
design requirements and lay a foundation for further research.
