摘 要
随着我国科技的发展和经济的进步,越来越多的自动化、智能化设备出现在人们的视野当中。这
类设备在工业制造、工业生产、物流行业都起到了很大的价值和作用。其很大程度上提高了生产的效
率,降低了生产成本,减少了人的工作强度,并且能够保证很好的重复性和准确性。在这种情况下,
对自动化设备的设计和研究就显得尤为重要。
本课题所设计的自动分拣机器人就是这样一种设备,其代表了用于分拣作用的这一类自动化的设
备。根据使用要求,首先确定机器人的总体设计方案,然后进行机械结构、硬件选择。在对机械结构
设计方面,介绍了所设计零件的设计要求,并且详述零件的设计和过程,并对所设计的机器人进行最
终的装配工作。

Abstract
With the development of China's science and technology and economic progress, more and more
automated and intelligent equipment appears in people's field of vision. Such equipment has played a great role
in industrial manufacturing, industrial production, and logistics. It greatly improves production efficiency,
reduces production costs, reduces people's work intensity, and ensures good repeatability and accuracy. In this
case, the design and research of automation equipment is particularly important.
The automatic sorting robot designed by this subject is such a device, which represents such an automated
device for sorting. According to the requirements of use, first determine the overall design of the robot, and
then carry out the mechanical structure and hardware selection. In the aspect of mechanical structure design,
the design requirements of the designed parts are introduced, and the design and process of the parts are
detailed, and the final assembly work of the designed robots is carried out.
