【摘要】阀门是流体管路的控制装置,它是用来切断和接通管路介质,用于控制
流体的压力、方向和流量的装置。本课题设计的阀门为升降式止回阀。它是由阀体、阀
盖和阀瓣组成。阀体是阀门中最重要的零件之一,它是用来传输介质的主要流动通道
承受着工作介质的压力、温度、冲蚀和腐蚀,它是阀门总装配的基础。阀盖是阀门中
承受压力的重要零件之一,在使用过程中不但承受机制的压力,还承受着阀瓣启闭
的冲击压力。阀瓣是阀门中负责启闭的重要零件之一,在使用过程中,通过介质的压
力自动启闭,同时防止介质倒流。为了实现对流体的控制,阀门一般应具备以下性能
即密封性能、强度性能、调节性能、动作性能和流通性能。对大多数阀门来说,密封问
题是首要问题。由于密封性能差或密封寿命短而产生流体的外漏或内漏,会造成环境
污染和经济损失;有毒性的流体、腐蚀性流体、放射性流体和易燃易爆流体的泄露有
可能产生重大的经济损失,甚至造成人身伤亡。对于高中压气体阀门和安全阀等,阀
门的安全可靠性也是十分重要的。强度不够或动作不可靠,将会造成本体或系统的破
坏而导致人身伤亡。除了对密封和强度的基本要求外,其调节性能的优劣也具有重大
的意义

【Abstract】Fluid pipeline valve is a control device, which is used to cut and
connect piping medium, used to control the fluid pressure, direction and flow devices. The
subject of valve for the lift check valves. It is by the valve body, valve cover and disc
composition. Valve body is one of the most important part, which is the main medium used
to transmit flow channel, bear the pressure of working medium, temperature, erosion and
corrosion, it is the general assembly of the base valve. Valve cover is the pressure valve in
one of the important parts, in the course of the mechanism not only to withstand the
pressure, but also suffer the impact of opening and closing the pressure valve flap. Disc is
responsible for opening and closing the valve one of the important parts, in use, by
automatically opening and closing pressure of the medium, while preventing the media
back. In order to achieve the fluid control valve normally should have the following
properties: the sealing properties, strength properties, adjusting performance, action,
performance and flow performance. For most valves, the sealing problem is the primary
problem. As the seal or the seal life of poor performance caused by a short period of fluid
leakage or leakage, will cause environmental pollution and economic losses; toxic fluids,
corrosive fluid, radioactive fluid leaked flammable fluid and may have significant
economic loss or even personal injury. For high pressure gas valves and safety valves, etc.,
safety and reliability of the valve is also very important. Not strong enough or action is not
reliable, the system will cause damage to body or personal injury caused. In addition to the
basic requirements of sealing and strength, the performance of its pros and cons of
regulation is also of great significance.
