摘 要
此次对自动粉末灌装机的设计主要目的是解决现如今罐装设备在传动机构
上瓶装置以及定量罐装机构上的功能实现和空间布置等方面的问题。
此次设计的研究路径和方法:首先针对自动粉末灌装机的功能要求进行分
析,通过对比法等分析确定此次自动粉末灌装机的主体传动机构、上瓶装置以
及定量罐装机构以及输送执行装置的具体方案,然后确定自动粉末灌装机的总
体方案设计。最后进行机械中主要传动系统设计计算,完成主要零部件的校核
最终采用三维软件 SW 对主要设计机构部分进行建模并完成装配,进一步验证
其机构的合理性。
此次自动粉末灌装机的设计不仅达到了优化了罐装设备的工作效率,并且
通过采用合适的定量装置设备达到对瓶装粉末重量范围的微量性控制,还通过
其自动化的设计更加方便工人操作,同时更多的代替工人劳动,在提升机械生
产效率的同时还为生产厂家带来了更好的经济效益。

Abstract
The main purpose of the design of the automatic powder filling machine is to
solve the problems in the functional realization and spatial layout of the current filling
equipment in the transmission mechanism, bottle loading device, and quantitative
filling mechanism.
The research path and method of this design: Firstly, analyze the functional
requirements of the automatic powder filling machine, and determine the specific
scheme of the main transmission mechanism, bottle loading device, quantitative
filling mechanism, and conveying execution device of the automatic powder filling
machine through comparative analysis. Then, determine the overall scheme design of
the automatic powder filling machine. Finally, design and calculate the main
transmission system in the machinery, and complete the verification of the main
components. Finally, three-dimensional software SW was used to model and complete
the assembly of the main design mechanism, further verifying the rationality of its
mechanism.
The design of this automatic powder filling machine not only achieves the
optimization of the working efficiency of the canning equipment, but also achieves
the micro control of the weight range of bottled powder through the use of appropriate
quantitative devices and equipment. Through its automated design, it is more
convenient for workers to operate, and at the same time, it more replaces workers'
labor, which improves the mechanical production efficiency while also bringing better
economic benefits to the manufacturers.
