本科生毕业设计(论文)
本设计研究对象为热压式碗装封口机,用于将碗装方便面纸碗与碗盖热压封合
并且排列输出。
本设计是通过气动系统来完成自动放碗、自动放盖、自动封口、自动出碗四个
工序步骤。本设计利用输送链供送,输出则靠输出带送出。其中自动放碗与自动放
盖利用真空吸盘吸附纸碗与碗盖,其余工作均是利用气缸运动实现。传动系统是利
用步进电机来控制输送链间歇供送,步进电机直连输送链主轴,利用控制系统控制
不同的步进角,实现输送链的间歇转动。输出带则是通过单独小电机低转速实现工
作。
本设计的主要内容为:
1. 对热压式碗装封口机的国内发展和未来趋势进行简单介绍。
2. 确定总体方案。根据设计装置的功能要求,通过气缸运动,齿轮齿条机构,
真空吸盘装置来实现自动放碗、自动放盖、自动封口、自动出碗的功能;
3. 对传动系统和执行系统进行了设计和计算,确定了气缸、气动阀、齿轮齿条
机构、步进电机的选型设计以及他们的工作方式;
4. 通过主要参数的确定以及设计计算的数据绘制二维总装图、部装图、相关零
件图以及气动原理图等工程图。
5. 进行三维仿真设计,检查装配关系和运动关系的可行性,在此基础上修正工
程图。

Abstract
This design study object is a hot press type bowl of sealing machine, used for the
bowl of instant noodles paper bowl and bowl cover hot pressing sealing and arranged
output.
This design is through the pneumatic system to complete the automatic discharge
bowl, automatic cover, automatic sealing, automatic out of the bowl of four steps. This
design uses the conveyor chain for delivery, the output is sent out by the output. The
utility model is realized by using the vacuum suction cup to absorb the paper bowl and
the bowl cover, and the other work is realized by using the cylinder movement. The

spindle, using control system control the stepping angle, conveying chain intermittent
rotation. Output band is achieved by the low speed of a single small motor to achieve
work.
The main content of this design is:
1 a brief introduction to the domestic development and the future trend of the hot
press type bowl.
2 determine the overall programme. According to the functional requirements of
the design device, through the cylinder movement, gear and rack mechanism, vacuum
suction device to achieve automatic bowl, automatic cover, automatic sealing, automatic
function of the bowl;
3 the drive system and the implementation of the system design and calculation,
d e t e r m i n e t h e c y l i n d e r , p n e u m a t i c v a l v e , g e a r r a c k m e c h a n i s m , s t e p m o t o r s e l e c t i o n
design and their work way;
4 through the main parameters of the determination of the design and calculation
of the data to draw two-dimensional assembly plan, the Ministry of the assembly, the
relevant parts and pneumatic diagram and other engineering drawings.
5 the feasibility of the assembly relation and motion relationship is checked by 3D
simulation.
