慢走丝电火花线切割加工机床
摘 要
电火花线切割加工(WEDM)广泛应用于模具制造中,但其加工精度较低,限制
了其进一步发展,特别是高速电火花线切割加工(HSWEDM)因其线张力不均匀而受
到限制。恒张力能有效抑制电极丝的高频振动,提高工件表面精度。根据高速走丝电
火花线切割加工的工艺特点,设计了一种慢走丝电火花线切割机床,并设计张力控制
系统采用闭环控制策略。建立了基于直流伺服电机、直线运动平台和张力传感器的控
制系统数学模型。同时,建立传递函数仿真模型,计算比例积分微分(PID)控制参数。
仿真结果表明,计算出的 PID 控制参数能够满足控制系统的要求。设计了一系列实验,
测试了张力控制系统的稳定性、可靠性及其工作性能。在张力控制系统中,张力波动
值几乎降低了一半。采用线张力控制系统的工件表面粗糙度比未采用线张力控制系统
的工件表面粗糙度低 0.6μm,说明该控制系统可以提高慢走丝电火花线切割加工零件的
加工质量。

Abstract
WEDM is widely used in mold manufacturing, but its machining accuracy is low, which
limits its further development, especially HSWEDM because of its uneven wire tension.
Constant tension can effectively restrain the high frequency vibration of electrode wire and
improve the surface accuracy of workpiece. According to the process characteristics of
WEDM with high speed WEDM, a kind of WEDM with slow speed WEDM is designed, and
the tension control system is designed with closed-loop control strategy. The mathematical
model of control system based on DC servo motor, linear motion platform and tension sensor
is established. At the same time, the transfer function simulation model is established to
calculate the PID control parameters. The simulation results show that the calculated PID
control parameters can meet the requirements of the control system. A series of experiments
are designed to test the stability, reliability and performance of the tension control system. In
the tension control system, the fluctuation value of tension is almost reduced by half. The
surface roughness of the workpiece with the wire tension control system is 0.6 μ m lower than
that without the wire tension control system, which shows that the control system can improve
the machining quality of the parts with the slow wire EDM.
