摘要

机床夹具用于装夹工件和引导刀具，是一种十分方便的机械设备，往

往应用在机床上加工各种零部件，它是用来确定加工工件和所使用刀具这

二者之间的相对位置的一种装备，它可以牢牢地把工件固定在机床上，所

以机床专用夹具能够十分有效的提高工件加工的质量，并且大大的能使机

床的工作范围扩大，提高机床使用效率，提高工人的生产积极性，从而把

工人的劳动强度降低，本人这次设计的是组合机床专用夹具，和我一起合

作的两位同学设计组合机床的主轴箱，我们之间有共同的部分可以讨论。

在设计中经常遇见多钟样式的组合机床，其中因为配件组合功能齐全，作

为目前加工常见的样式，并且具有极高的加工精度和极高的生产效率，并

且还可应进行多刀位、多工位加工，不再依赖多工序普通机床，实现工序

的集中化，有利于把生产效率提高，缩短加工的辅助时间。因此一套机床

专用夹具成为组合机床能否高效率工作的关键。

根据本次设计的要求，在分析了曲轴箱箱体的特征后，我们选择设

计卧式组合机床来加工曲轴箱箱体左右两侧面孔，根据曲轴箱箱体左右两

侧面的 18 个孔的具体加工技术和具体的工艺要求，来绘制工序图，然后

根据老师给出的得加工孔的技术要求和曲轴箱箱体的所用材料计算出相应

的参数，确定合理的切削用量，然后再根据所得的数据来选择合适的刀具，

综合以上的数据最终画出加工示意图。在确定完工序图和加工示意图之后，

通过计算夹紧力、定位孔的位置、升销机构的位置、钻模板的位置、龙门

框架位置、预定位块的位置设计出完整的夹具体装配图，最后，选择合理

的电动机再结合加工总行程的要求和切削力的大小，选择适当的滑台，侧

底座等，最终结合所有的数据确定机床尺寸联系图！

Abstract

As a kind of mechanical equipment of machine tool fixture clamping workpiece and

machine tool guide, often used in machine processing of various parts, it is a kind of

equipment used to determine the relative position between the workpiece and the cutting tool

used by the two, it can be firmly fixed on the workpiece in the machine, so the machine tool

fixture can effectively improve the quality of the workpiece, and greatly improve the

efficiency of the use of machine tools, improve the enthusiasm of the workers, expand the

work machine production! Fixture of the design for the special fixture combination machine

(the other two students, the combination design of combined machine) The machine is

composed of general components, plus special components on a small part and some special

parts with special shape and special processing technology and special fixture, assembled

also, can be multi cutter, multi station processing, multi process no longer rely on general

machine tools, centralized implementation process, greatly shorten the auxiliary time,

improves the production efficiency of machine, so a special machine tool fixture has become

a key combination machine can work efficiently.

According to the design requirements, the analysis of characteristics of engine case, we

choose the design of horizontal combination machine tool to process the engine box on both

sides of the face, according to the specific requirements of the processing technology of 18

holes around the side of the engine body two and the specific process to process drawing, and

then calculate the corresponding parameters with the technical requirements for materials

was given by the teacher and the hole processing engine case, determine the reasonable
