ABSTRACT
Rice transplanters are the main equipment for rice planting. Modern seedling
transplanters work efficiently through high-speed transplanting mechanisms, which have a
significant effect on improving rice planting efficiency. As an important working component
of rice transplanters, the transplanting mechanism determines the efficiency and quality of
mechanical transplanters to a certain extent. Therefore, it is particularly important to design
and analyze the transplanting mechanism of rice transplanters.
After years of practice, it has been proven that the quality of the transplanting
mechanism determines the performance of the entire rice transplanter. Therefore, people
began to devote their main energy to the research of the transplanting mechanism, constantly
optimizing and innovating the design of the transplanting mechanism, so that high-quality rice
transplanters can better serve agriculture.
This topic aims to ensure the good quality and service life of the key components of the
transplanting mechanism through structural design and three-dimensional modeling of the
transplanting mechanism of a rice transplanter, and use finite element analysis software to
verify the strength of the key components of the transplanting mechanism. At the same time, it
can help students consolidate the basic knowledge of mechanical component design, improve
the ability of mechanical structure design and software to draw two-dimensional and three-
dimensional graphics, To cultivate students' ability to comprehensively apply their
professional knowledge to product design and development and solve complex engineering
problems in their professional field. At the same time, it can also cultivate students'
craftsmanship spirit of overcoming difficulties, independent innovation, correct thinking
methods, and continuous improvement in design work..
