摘 要
轻型自卸汽车货厢举升装置是专为轻型自卸汽车设计的一种装置,这种类
型的汽车因其灵活性高、适用范围广而受到市场的欢迎。主要集中在轻型自卸
汽车货厢举升装置的设计、性能优化以及安全性能提升上。具体而言,研究团
队通过对货厢举升机构的力学分析和仿真测试,优化装置的结构设计,确保其
在不同工况下都能稳定可靠地工作。
本文关注 6x4 型自卸汽车及其货箱举升机构,展开以下研究:
1.构建前推式自卸车举升机构的三维模型,分析其结构特征与工作机理;
2.在三维软件中依据自卸汽车举升装置的结构和位置参数,创建举升机构
的三维模型,执行虚拟装配及干涉检验;
3.利用有限元分析软件对车架进行分析,加载数值以得到应力与应变的分
布图,进而对车架的强度进行评估,目的是在确保刚度与强度的前提下,实现
车架的轻量化设计;
4.在优化举升机构的基础上,考虑制造精度和安装误差等因素的影响,进
行稳健性优化设计,以提高举升机构的可靠性,并产生符合实际应用需求的优
化结果。

Abstract
The cargo lifting device for light dump trucks is a device designed specifically
for light dump trucks. This type of vehicle is popular in the market due to its high
flexibility and wide applicability. Mainly focused on the design, performance
optimization, and safety performance improvement of the lifting device for the cargo
compartment of light dump trucks. Specifically, the research team optimized the
structural design of the cargo lifting mechanism through mechanical analysis and
simulation testing, ensuring its stable and reliable operation under different working
conditions.
This article takes 6 * 4 dump trucks and the lifting mechanism of dump truck
cargo boxes as the research object, and conducts relevant research. The main content
of the research includes:
1. Establish a three-dimensional model based on the structural characteristics
and working principle of the front push lifting mechanism of the dump truck;
2. Based on the structure and position parameters of the lifting device for dump
trucks, establish a 3D model of the lifting mechanism in 3D software, and perform
virtual assembly and interference inspection on it;
3. Using finite element software, conduct finite element analysis on the frame,
and obtain a stress-strain distribution map by loading relevant numerical values;
Based on the analysis results, complete the strength analysis of the frame to achieve
the goal of lightweight design while meeting the conditions of stiffness and strength;
4. On the basis of optimizing the lifting mechanism, considering the impact of
random errors such as manufacturing accuracy and installation errors on the lifting
mechanism, optimizing its robustness design, and obtaining optimization results that
are in line with the actual situation, meeting the reliability requirements of the lifting
mechanism.
