摘 要
中国在经历了全国铁路第六次大提速后,高速铁路步入了高速发展时期,具有了
相当的基础与技术力量。武广线和郑西线高铁的相继建成通车,显示出中国高铁建设
的综合力量。经过“引进消化吸收再创新”,中国南车、北车等企业也在不断提高我
国高铁产品的国产化水平。而论文的研究对象——新一代 CRH380 国产动车组正是在
这种情况下应运而生的。简述 CRH380 新一代动车组挂车车身的构造特征和材质力学
性能;在此基础上,对车身进行了合理的建模,并利用 HyperMesh 建立了车身的有限
元分析模型;在此基础上,根据 EN12663 规范,对 17 个工作状态下的车身进行了静态
强度计算,并对模拟结果进行了校核;通过对全车车身的自振特性进行了研究,得到
了一阶竖直弯的频率及模态,并对该模型的模态图进行了验证;根据实测资料与模拟
计算的对比,结合车身结构静态强度报告,对结构中的弱点部位进行加强和改善;在
此基础上,采用有限元程序 ANSYS 及 HyperMesh 的 OptiStruct,分别对各构件进行
了精细化强度计算与尺度优化。本项目的研究工作既是基础也是重要的环节,为高铁
车身的优化设计奠定基础。

Abstract
After the sixth national railway speed increase, the high speed railway in China has
stepped into a high-speed developing period, and has considerable basic and technical
strength. Wuhan-Guangzhou line and Zhengzhou-Xi'an line have been completed and opened
to traffic, showing the comprehensive strength of China's high-speed rail construction. After
"introduction, digestion, absorption and re-innovation," China CSR, CNR and other
enterprises are also constantly improving the localization level of China's high-speed rail
products. The new generation CRH380 domestic motor train unit, which is the subject of this
paper, arises at the historic moment in this situation. The structural characteristics and
mechanical properties of the trailer body of CRH380 new generation motor train unit are
briefly described. On this basis, the car body is modeled reasonably, and the finite element
analysis of the car body is established by HyperMesh. On this basis, according to EN12663
code, the static strength of the car body under 17 working states is calculated, and the
simulation results are checked. The natural vibration characteristics of the whole vehicle body
are studied, and the frequency and mode of the first order vertical bend are obtained, and the
modal diagram of the model is verified. According to the comparison of measured data and
simulation calculation, combined with the static strength report of the body structure, the
weak parts of the structure are strengthened and improved. On this basis, the finite element
program ANSYS and the OptiStruct of HyperMesh are used to calculate the fine strength and
scale optimization of each component. The research work of this project is not only the
foundation but also an important part, which lays the foundation for the optimization design
of high-speed rail body.
