SR200C 型旋挖钻机的液压系统设计
摘要
不知不觉大学四年快要结束了,这次的毕业设计是我在这四年大学的一个检验 ,
我做的是旋挖钻机的液压系统,在这次设计之前,经过老师的指导以及各种途径的查找
资料,我首先确定了选型,知道了旋挖钻机的用途,并把旋挖钻机的型号定为 SR200C,
然后查找并研究了旋挖钻机的发展历程以及国内外的发展状况,让我对旋挖钻机有了进
一步的了解,接下来开始对 SR200C 型旋挖钻机的设计,先确定旋挖钻机的整机布置,并
确定设计参数,然后进行工况分析,钻进的工况分析,卷扬工况分析以及变幅和行走工
况分析,接着设计回路,有泵控回路,动力头回转回路,加压回路,主、副卷扬回路,
变幅回路,行走回路,然后是各种液压马达的计算,动力头,主卷扬,副卷扬,还有行
走马达。设计液压系统少不了对液压缸的设计,旋挖钻机有 3 个油缸,分别是,加压油缸,
动臂变幅油缸,钻杆变幅油缸,然后我选择确定泵的流量和工作压力,接下来确定主油
管的管径,然后确定油箱的容量,然后进行系统的功率损失验算以及温升验算,最近进
行旋挖钻机的技术与经济分析得出结论。然后开始绘图,整个设计从开始的选型到最后
的绘图,让我对旋挖钻机有了一定的认识与了解,也增强了我的自主学习的能力。

Abstract
Unconsciously at the university of four years coming to an end, this is my graduation
design in these four years at the university of a test, I do is rotating drill hydraulic system, before
this design, through the guidance of the teacher as well as a variety of ways to find information, I
first determine the selection, know the purpose of the rotating drill, and the rotating drill model
as SR200C, then find and study the development course of the rotating drill and development
situation at home and abroad, let me have a further knowledge of rotating drill, then start to the
design of type SR200C rotating drill, first determine the rotating drill machine layout, and design
parameters were determined, and then working condition analysis, analysis of working
conditions of drilling winding condition analysis and the analysis of the working condition of
amplitude and walking, and then design circuits, pump control circuits, power head rotation loop,
pressure loop, Lord, vice winding circuit, transformer circuit, circuit, and then the calculation of
various hydraulic motors, power head, the main winding, winding, walking and motor. Design
necessary for the design of the hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic system has three rotating drill oil
cylinder, respectively, pressurized cylinders, movable arm luffing cylinder, transformer oil
cylinder rod, and then I choose work to determine the pump flow rate and pressure, then
determine the diameter of main tubing, and then determine the capacity of fuel tanks, and then
the power loss of system and checking and calculating the temperature rising, the recent rotating
drill technical and economic analysis conclusion. Then start drawing, and the whole design from
the start of the selection to the final drawing, let me to have a certain understanding of rotating
drill and understanding, also enhanced my ability of independent learning.
