轻型载货车车架轻量化设计 I
轻型载货车车架轻量化研究是基于现代技术手段,对汽车行业进行CAE或者CAM分析
的新型技术。是智能制造2025和工业4.0背景下的重要发展产物。现阶段,我国的汽车
行业还处于经验设计阶段,大部分工作需要根据经验保守设计,而不是参数化轻量化来
完成的。为此,有必要研究并提出一种可以轻量化设计的技术方法,满足当前汽车行业
的需求。
首先研究轻型载货车车架轻量化的研究背景及本次设计的主要意义,介绍轻型载货
车车架轻量化的国内外研究现状,然后提出轻型载货车车架轻量化的基本设计思路和设
计理念,对轻型载货车车架进行主要零部件设计和结构设计,最后,对轻型载货车车架
进行有限元分析和轻量化改进设计,三维建模并有限元仿真达到可加工实际应用的目的
通过本次的毕业设计,锻炼了我对一些制图软件的应用能力和设计制图能力,以及
有限元分析的能力,对大学这么多年自己的学习成果进行了很好的总结和凝聚,为今后
走向工作,实现快速接轨社会奠定了基础。

ABSTRACT
Lightweight research on light truck frame is a new technology based on CAE or CAM
analysis of automobile industry.It is an important development product under the background
of intelligent manufacturing 2025 and industry 4.0.At present, China's automobile industry is
still in the primary stage of manual labor, and most of the work needs to be done according to
the experience of conservative design, rather than parametric lightweight.Therefore, it is
necessary to research and propose a lightweight design technology to meet the needs of the
automotive industry.
First light truck frame lightweight study background and the design of major
significance, introduce light carriage frame lightweight research status at home and abroad,
then puts forward light carriage frame lightweight basic design ideas and design concept, for
light truck frame design and structure design of main components, finally, the finite element
analysis was carried out on the light truck frame and lightweight design, 3 d modeling and
finite element simulation to achieve the purpose of practical application can be processed.
Th this graduation project, I have exercised my ability to apply CAD drawing software,
design drawing, and CAE finite element analysis. I have made a good summary and
aggregation of my learning achievements in the university over the years, laying a foundation
for my future work and the realization of rapid integration into society.
