摘 要
根据塑料学生用计算器面板塑件的要求,了解塑件的用途,分析塑件的工艺
性、尺寸精度等技术要求,选择塑件制件尺寸。本模具采用一模两腔,侧浇口进
料,注射机采用海天160X2C型号,设置冷却系统,CAD和PROE绘制二维总装图和
零件图,选择模具合理的加工方法。附上说明书,系统地运用简要的文字,简明
的示意图和和计算等分析塑件,从而作出合理的模具设计。

Abstract
A c c o r d i n g t o t h e r e q u i r e m e n t s o f p l a s t i c p a r t s f o r p l a s t i c s t u d e n t s , t h e u s e o f
plastic parts is understood and the technical requirements of the plastic parts, such as
the technological and dimensional precision are analyzed, and the size of the parts of
the plastic part s is selected. This mold adopts the first mock exam two cavity, side
gate, injection machine adopts the Haitian 160X2C model, set cooling system, CAD
a n d P R O E d r a w i n g t w o - d i m e n s i o n a l a s s e m b l y a n d p a r t s d r a w i n g , c h o o s e t h e
reasonable processing method of mould. A brief description, concise illustration and
c a l c u l a t i o n a r e u s e d t o a n a l y z e t h e p l a s t i c p a r t s , s o a s t o m a k e r e a s o n a b l e m o l d
design.
