步进式工件输送机
摘要
科技的今行业来越产效则变
为重要。在生产过程中,原材料的搬运时间和搬运费用占有的比例相当大,而且在搬运
过程中,工人的劳动量消耗大,容易发生各种生产事故。所以各种类型的自动输送机的
用处也越来越大。输送机已经成为了自动生产线上的重要组成部分,它可以为制造型工
厂实现“无人工厂”成为现实。

Design of step type workpiece conveyor
Abstract
The rapid development in science and technology today, a variety of industry
competition increasingly fierce, the production efficiency is particularly important. In the
process of production, transportation timts. So the use of various types of automatic conveyor
is more and more big. Conveyor has become an important part of the automatic production
line, it can realize manufacturing factory "unmanned factory" to become a reality.
Automatic production line with automatic feeding device, the workpiece will be
processed from one station to the next station delivery, or from one device automatically
transported to the next piece of equipment, eaice connected to the production line as a whole.
The design of the step type workpiece conveyor as the core, step-by-step workpiece conveyor
function is intermittently conveying workpiece to a predetermined position, by a common
motor as the power source, the rotary motor d achieve fixed time quantitative distance step-
by-step workpiece conveying function.

摘要:

步进式工件输送机摘要在科技飞速发展的今天,各种行业的竞争越来越激烈,生产效率的提高则变得尤为重要。在生产过程中,原材料的搬运时间和搬运费用占有的比例相当大,而且在搬运过程中,工人的劳动量消耗大,容易发生各种生产事故。所以各种类型的自动输送机的用处也越来越大。输送机已经成为了自动生产线上的重要组成部分,它可以为制造型工厂实现“无人工厂”成为现实。自动化生产线利用自动输料装置,将被加工的工件从一个工位自动输送到下一个工位,或者从一台设备自动输送到下一台设备,将生产线的各台设备联结成为一个整体。本文以步进式工件输送机的设计为核心,步进式工件输送机的功能是间歇地输送工件到达预定的位置,通过步进电机为动...
