题目：基于 STM32 的智能住宅系统设计

摘要

我国安防报警产品市场主要被国外厂商占据，产品的价格普遍在千元以上。据慧聪网

行业研究院第三市场研究所调査显示，目前市场上普遍使用的产品，无论是单户型还是联

网型防盗安防系统的平均价格都在 2000 元左右。高昂的价格限制了安防报警产品走进普

通家庭的步伐，目前安防报警产品的用户主要集中在中高收入人群。家庭安防报警系统可

以分为联网型和单户型两大类。在目前安全防入报系统的应用中，各种各样的建筑不同，

安全防范的要求也不同，因此每一个安全防范入侵报警系统的构成也都不同。

本文课题是拟设计出一套基于单片机的小区住宅监控安防系统，以 STM32F103C8T6

单片机为主芯片，可以实现对烟雾、温度、人体防盗、火灾等功能功能，震动传感器的检

测和防盗报警。本次系统分别用烟雾传感器、温度传感器和人体热释电红外感应模块，震

动传感器，加上简单的外围电路，组成一个小区住宅监控安防系统。本功能具有设计方法

合理，简单易行，成本低，安全实用等特点，具有一定的推广价值。最后运用 Altium

Designer16 进行电路原理图的制作，通过 PCB 图制作出相应实物电路板并将相关元器件焊

接到电路板中，运用 Keil uvision 软件编译相关程序，调试完成实物。

Abstract

In recent years, air quality alarm system uses multiple sensors to detect fire information,

such as formaldehyde, dust, light, temperature and so on. It has an early automatic warning and

automatic alarm function for household indoor air alarm system. With the progress and

development of society, people's requirements for product quality, living health level and social

environmental protection are constantly improving. People have higher and higher requirements

for their own houses. Therefore, people are very concerned about whether the indoor air contains

excessive formaldehyde. In order to avoid the situation of too high formaldehyde concentration in

the decoration of houses, home furnishings, doors and windows painting, etc With the continuous

progress of science and technology, SCM occupies a place in our daily life and plays an

increasingly important role.

This paper mainly studies the design of formaldehyde gas concentration detection and alarm

circuit. How to use STC89C52 microcontroller to control formaldehyde sensor to monitor the

indoor environment parameters of simulated home, and display the parameters on the LCD

screen. When the concentration exceeds the set value, the alarm circuit will be triggered. The

function of formaldehyde concentration detection, concentration display and sound light alarm

can be realized. In this paper, mainly by hardware design and software design of two parts, from

the principle, applicability, cost, cost performance and other aspects of thinking, to design a

reasonable security monitoring system, to meet the needs of the majority of families. This

function has the characteristics of reasonable design method, simple operation, low cost, safe and

practical, and has certain promotion value. Finally, we use Altium designer16 to make the circuit

schematic diagram, make the corresponding physical circuit board through the PCB diagram,

weld the relevant components to the circuit board, compile the relevant program with keil

uVision software, and debug the physical circuit board.
