摘要

近代科技发展是十分迅速的，自动化在工业方面的大范围应用极大的改变了人

类的生产方式，从近代来讲完成了从人工生产线——半自动生产线——全自动生产

线的转变。这种转变大大地节约了人力成本，提高了生产效率，改善了操作者的工

作环境。

自动化生产线由众多的单台设备组合而成，有的设备之间可以直接通过机械结

构进行连接，但有一些设备之间因种种原因必须要进行搬运，那么就产生了市场对

搬运装置的需求，具有搬运功能的装置，我们可以将之称为“自动化搬运机器人”

此类机器人可以是简化的、精度相对低的通过PLC控制的机器人,优点是机器人

经济实用,适用于对搬运精度不是特别高的情况。还有一种是购买专业研发生产机器

人的厂家所生产的机器人，优点是动作精度高、可调性大，缺点是编程使用较为繁

琐，需经过机器人培训的人士进行操作，价格昂贵。

随着自动化、智能化的在社会的深入使用，将会越来越多高危行业，重体力行

业将会应用各式机器人，所以机器人的前景将会特别广阔。

Abstract

T The development of modern science and technology is very rapid. The extensive

applicaon of automaon in industry has greatly changed the mode of producon of

human beings. In modern mes, the transformaon from manual producon line to

semi-automac producon line to automac producon line has been completed. This

change greatly saves labor costs, improves producon eciency, and improves the

working environment of operators.

The automated producon line is composed of many single equipments, some

equipments can be connected directly by mechanical structure, but some equipments

have to be carried out for various reasons, so there is a market demand for the conveying

device, with the conveying funcon of the device, we can call it "automac" Chemical

transport robot "

This kind of robot can be a simpli#ed and relavely low precision robot controlled by

PLC. The advantage of this kind of robot is that it is economical and praccal, and it is

suitable for the case that the handling accuracy is not parcularly high. Another kind is

the robot manufactured by the manufacturer who purchases the specialized R&D and

producon robot. The advantages are high precision and adjustability. The disadvantages

are that the programming is complicated and the operator who needs to be trained by

the robot is expensive.

W i t h t h e d e v e l o p m e n t o f a u t o m a t i o n a n d i n t e l l i g e n c e i n s o c i e t y, m o r e a n d m o r e

high-risk industries will be used, and all kinds of robots will be used in the heavy physical

industry, so the prospects of robots will be particularly broad.
