浅谈机械加工质量的影响因素及技术控制

摘要：随着工业技术创新和发展速度的不断加快，机械化生产方式在部分生产领域已经

逐渐取代了手工制作，特别是制造行业。由于部分较为重要的零件的使用环境比较特殊，

如在高温、高压等环境下使用，要想保证零件使用的安全性、稳固性，零件的质量必须

要达到相关标准，这就对机械加工质量提出了更高层次的要求。机械加工质量主要由两

部分构成，即加工精度与加工表面质量。只有对机械加工中两个重要环节进行严格控制，

机械加工的质量才能得到更好地控制，机械产品的质量也才能达到使用标准。

Abstract: This design is designed according to the process design. Familiar with the parts first,

and understand the role of the gearbox shell, then determine the gearbox shell parts in all kinds of size

precision and the surface roughness of blank the type, size and machining allowance. Then, according to the

principle of choosing the positioning datum, the crude datum is determined first, then the fine datum is

determined. Finally, the process route of the gearbox shell is developed, and the mechanical processing

procedure of the gearbox shell is made. Related work: draw the blank drawing, process chart, and create 3d

modeling , analyze the process of the box parts and write the instruction manual.
