摘 要
在当前的工业环境中,企业的自动化程度成为衡量其先进性的关键
指标之一。高自动化水平不仅能减少对人力资源的依赖,还能显著提高生产
效率。尤其在轴承制造行业,自动化装料装置的设计与应用对于提高生产效
率和产品质量尤为关键。然而,我国轴承制造领域在自动装料装置的研发和
应用上仍面临诸多挑战,如工作效率低下、装配准确度不足、产品质量不稳定
等问题。近年来,虽然在轴承装配技术和设备的研究上取得了一定进展,但
在设备核心技术、监控与反馈控制系统的开发上仍有待加强。
针对上述问题,本研究基于对轴承自动装料设备的深入分析和市场
需求调研,设计了一种细杆件等距排放上料装置。该装置采用 CAD 软件进行
结构设计,旨在通过自动化技术提高轴承装配的效率和精度。该装置主要利
用振动盘进行自动送料,并通过伺服电机驱动采气缸和搬运机械手实现精准
夹取与放置,实现了材料从自动送料到精密轴承装配的整个自动化流程。装
置的简单结构设计不仅确保了组装精度和高效率,还使得操作更加简便易行。
通过本研究设计的细杆件等距排放上料装置,能够有效解决轴承制
造过程中存在的自动装料问题,为轴承制造行业的自动化升级提供了可行的
技术方案。本设计不仅对提高我国轴承制造自动化水平具有重要意义,也为
相关自动化装配设备的研发提供了参考和借鉴。

Abstract
In the current industrial environment, the degree of automation of
enterprises has become one of the key indicators to measure its advancement. A
high level of automation can not only reduce the dependence on human resources,

but also significantly improve the production efficiency. Especially in the bearing
manufacturing industry, the design and application of automatic loading device is
particularly critical to improving the production efficiency and product quality.
However, the bearing manufacturing field in China still faces many challenges in
the development and application of automatic loading devices, such as low work
efficiency, insufficient assembly accuracy, unstable product quality and other
problems. In recent years, although some progress has been made in the research
of bearing assembly technology and equipment, the development of equipment
core technology, monitoring control system and feedback control system still
needs to be strengthened.
In view of the above problems, this research is designed based on the in-
depth analysis of the bearing automatic loading equipment and the market demand
research. The device uses CAD software for structural design, aiming to improve
the efficiency and precision of bearing assembly through automation technology.
The device mainly uses the vibration plate for automatic feeding, and through the
servo motor to drive the recovery cylinder and the handling manipulator to achieve
accurate picking and placement, realizing the whole automatic process of material
from automatic feeding to precision bearing assembly. The simple structural
design of the device not only ensures the assembly accuracy and high efficiency,
but also makes the operation easier and easier.
The isometric discharge loading device designed in this study can
effectively solve the automatic loading problem in the bearing manufacturing
process, and provide a feasible technical solution for the automatic upgrade of the
bearing manufacturing industry. This design is not only of great significance to
improve the automation level of bearing manufacturing in China, but also provides
a reference for the research and development of related automatic assembly
equipment.
