摘 要
本次设计选取的课题是数控转台液压夹紧夹具设计,设计中涉及了机械制造工艺及机床
夹具设计、金属切削机床、公差配合与测量等多方面的知识。
夹具的加工工艺规程及其夹具设计包括零件加工的工艺设计、工序设计以及专用夹具的
设计三部分。在工艺设计中要首先对零件进行分析,了解零件的工艺,并选择好零件的加工
基准,设计出零件的工艺路线;接着对零件各个工步的工序进行尺寸计算,关键是决定出各
个工序的工艺装备及切削用量;然后进行专用夹具的设计,选择设计出夹具的各个组成部件 ,
如定位元件、夹紧元件、引导元件、夹具体与机床的连接部件以及其它部件。夹具设计时应
根据对零件的分析,选取合适的定位元件、夹紧元件等,要准确确定它们的精度等级,以满
足零件的加工精度。之后计算出夹具定位时产生的定位误差,分析夹具结构的合理性与不足
之处,并在以后设计中注意改进。
夹具设计有很多种方案,本次设计是 V 型块定位,滚压块夹紧,利用联动夹紧机构同时
夹紧多个零件并使夹紧力均匀分布。采用这套夹具可以有效的提高生产效率,而且结构简单
紧凑,在节省资源的同时有效的提高了劳动生产力。

The topic selected for this design is the design of hydraulic clamping fixture for CNC
turntable, which involves the knowledge of mechanical manufacturing process and machine tool
fixture design, metal cutting machine tool, tolerance fit and measurement, etc.
The processing process specification of the fixture and the design of the fixture include three
parts: the process design, the process design and the design of the special fixture. In the process
design, the parts should be analyzed first, the process of the parts should be understood, the
processing benchmark of the parts should be selected, and the process route of the parts should be
designed; Then, the size calculation of the process of each step of the part is to determine the
process equipment and cutting amount of each process; Then carry out the design of the special
fixture, select and design each component of the fixture, such as the positioning element, the
clamping element, the guiding element, the connection part of the clamping body and the machine
tool and other components. When the fixture is designed, it should be based on the analysis of the
parts, select the appropriate positioning elements, clamping elements, etc., and accurately determine
their accuracy levels to meet the machining accuracy of the parts. After that, the positioning error
generated when the fixture is positioned, the rationality and shortcomings of the fixture structure are
analyzed, and attention is paid to improvement in the future design.
There are many schemes for fixture design, this design is V-block positioning, rolling block
clamping, and the linkage clamping mechanism is used to clamp multiple parts at the same time and
make the clamping force evenly distributed. The use of this set of fixtures can effectively improve
the production efficiency, and the structure is simple and compact, which effectively improves labor
productivity while saving resources
