在当前经济环境中,企业创新成为推动社会进步和经济增长的关键力量。政府通
过提供补贴来促进企业的研发投入,是全球普遍采用的一种激励机制。本文深入挖掘
了政府补贴影响企业创新的内在机理,考察了企业类型及地域差异如何影响这一关系。
经过深入研究,我们发现政府补贴和企业创新之间存在广泛的倒 U 型关系。政府
补贴在初始阶段能够有效刺激企业进行技术创新,逐渐增加补贴金额可以提高企业创
新产出,但达到一定程度后会产生负面效应,一旦补贴达到一定阈值,对企业创新的
积极刺激效应会递减甚至转变。进一步的研究显示,政府的资金支持对于不同类型和
规模的企业,以及不同地区的企业都具有各自独特的影响。在政府补贴方面,相比国
有企业,民营企业的创新激励效应更加显著。同理,相比大规模企业,小规模企业对
政府补贴更为敏感,觉察到的程度更高。对于地域性分析表明,东部地区的企业更直
接地受到政府补贴带来的积极影响,而中西部地区的企业在接受政府补贴后呈现出创
新产出与出现呈现出一种倒 U 型关系。为了深入研究政府补贴与企业创新之间的关系,
本文采用了实证研究方法,并介绍了数据来源。最后,文章总结了全文主要发现,并
提出了针对性的建议,更好地促进企业创新。
综上所述,本文不仅从理论上深化了对政府补贴、企业研发投入和企业创新关系
的理解,也为政府和企业提供了实际操作的参考。通过促进有效的政策制定和企业管
理实践,本研究期望为促进社会经济的持续健康发展作出贡献。

ABSTRACT
ABSTRACT
In the current economic environment, enterprise innovation has become a key driving
force for social progress and economic growth. Providing subsidies to encourage enterprise
research and development (R&D) is a widely adopted incentive mechanism by governments
globally. This article delves into the intrinsic mechanisms of how government subsidies
influence enterprise innovation and examines how differences in enterprise types and regions
affect this relationship.
Through in-depth research, we have found a widespread inverted U-shaped relationship
between government subsidies and enterprise innovation. Government subsidies can
effectively stimulate technological innovation in the initial stages, and increasing subsidy
amounts can enhance enterprise innovation output. However, beyond a certain threshold,
negative effects may emerge. Once subsidies reach a certain level, the positive stimulating
effect on enterprise innovation may diminish or even transform. Further research shows that
government financial support has unique impacts on different types and sizes of enterprises,
as well as on enterprises in different regions. Concerning government subsidies, compared to
state-owned enterprises, the innovation incentive effect is more significant for private
enterprises. Similarly, small-scale enterprises are more sensitive to government subsidies
compared to large-scale enterprises and are more keenly aware of them. Regional analysis
indicates that enterprises in the eastern region are more directly influenced positively by
government subsidies, while enterprises in the central and western regions exhibit an
inverted U-shaped relationship between innovation output and the appearance of government
subsidies. To deepen the understanding of the relationship between government subsidies
and enterprise innovation, this article employs empirical research methods and introduces the
data sources used. Finally, the article summarizes the main findings and provides targeted
recommendations to better promote enterprise innovation.
In conclusion, this article not only deepens the theoretical understanding of the
relationship between government subsidies, enterprise R&D investment, and innovation but
also offers practical guidance for governments and enterprises. By promoting effective
policy-making and enterprise management practices, this study aims to contribute to the
sustained and healthy development of the social economy.
