摘 要
自汽车问世以来,它就成为了人们生活中必不可少的交通工具,随着汽车的逐
渐发展,人类的生活质量也随之上升,可见人类的生活质量与汽车的发展有着很大
的关系。在政府的支持下,国内汽车企业逐渐由合资开始向自主品牌创立转变。当
汽车的需求量急剧增加的情况下,要想增加产量,那比不可少的就是焊装夹具技术
的成熟程度。重所周知,汽车的生产离不开焊装夹具,一套标准的成熟的焊装夹具
很大程度的影响了汽车的生产效率,生产质量。
我研究的就是焊装夹具,具体的是 J6 卡车后围内板梁的夹具设计。在设计的过
程中有两大问题,第一个就是要结合自己学过的知识来完成本次设计,这就需要我
重新梳理自己的知识,来保证设计的合理性和产品的实用性;第二个就是二维和三
维软件的使用,我需要熟练的运用 cad、catia 以及两者之间的转换操作,以保证二
维图纸和三维模型没有错误。
本次设计的焊装夹具主要有两大方向:气动部分和机械部分。气动部分的设计
内容主要包括气动系统的设计,气路图的绘制和气缸的选型和计算。机械结构的设
计部分是焊装夹具的夹紧单元的设计,它包括夹紧元件和定位元件,还有基板的设
计、以及夹紧单元的计算。

Abstract
Since the advent of the car, it has become an essential means of transportation in
people's lives. With the gradual development of the car, the quality of human life also rises.
It can be seen that the quality of human life has a great relationship with the development
of the car. With the support of the government, the domestic automobile enterprises
gradually change from joint venture to independent brand creation. When the demand for
automobiles increases sharply, in order to increase the production, it is the maturity of
welding fixture technology that is indispensable. As we all know, automobile production is
inseparable from welding fixture. A set of standard and mature welding fixture greatly
affects the production efficiency and quality of automobile.
What I study is the welding fixture, specifically the fixture design of J6 truck rear
inner panel beam. In the process of design, there are two major problems. The first one is
to combine my knowledge to complete the design, which requires me to reorganize my
knowledge to ensure the rationality of the design and the practicability of the product; The
second is the use of two-dimensional and three-dimensional software. I need to skillfully
use CAD, CATIA and the conversion operation between them to ensure that there are no
errors in two-dimensional drawings and three-dimensional models.
The design of welding fixture has two main directions: pneumatic part and
mechanical part. The design content of pneumatic part mainly includes the design of
pneumatic system, the drawing of gas circuit diagram and the selection and calculation of
cylinder. The design part of mechanical structure is the design of clamping unit of welding
fixture, which includes clamping element and positioning element, as well as the design of
substrate and the calculation of clamping unit.
