摘 要
锤片破碎机由于具有原料适应性强,结构简单,操作方便等特点,在饲料
加工行业得到了越来越多的应用。在工作时,由于受到圆网的约束,在筛板内
部容易形成“物质-气流循环”。由于锤片对材料的粉碎作用,由于其环状结构所
形成的环流场,使得粉碎过程中存在着大量的超粉碎、出料速率较慢等问题,
从而引起了粉碎过程中的粉碎效率和能量消耗。为此,本项目拟从自然界中借
鉴,从"功能+结构"的角度出发,根据河狸的门齿特性和鸽子翅膀特性,开展
仿生锤片和仿生筛片的仿生优化设计,达到提升破碎效果和减少能量消耗 的目
的。
以河狸老鼠的门牙和鸽子翅膀作为仿生学模型,依据"功能性+结构性"理
论,对其进行特征构型的提取与表征,以破坏时间和破坏强度作为仿生学效率
的评价标准,建立以破碎时间和破坏强度为仿生学效果的仿生学模型;以粉碎
腔内压差为仿生学效率指数,建立仿生学筛选器结构参数最优的响应面测试模
型;采用模拟与试验研究的方式,对仿生学构件的工作特性进行研究。

Abstract
Hammer crusher has been increasingly used in the feed processing industry due
to its strong adaptability to raw materials, simple structure, and convenient operation.
During work, due to the constraint of the circular mesh, it is easy to form a "material
airflow circulation" inside the sieve plate. Due to the crushing effect of the hammer
on the material and the circulation field formed by its circular structure, there are
many problems such as excessive crushing and slow discharge rate during the
crushing process, which leads to grinding efficiency and energy consumption.
Therefore, this project intends to draw inspiration from nature and from the
perspective of "function+structure", based on the characteristics of beaver's front
teeth and pigeon wings, to carry out biomimetic optimization design of biomimetic
hammer and biomimetic sieve, in order to improve crushing efficiency and reduce
energy consumption.
Using the front teeth of beaver mice and pigeon wings as biomimetic models,
based on the theory of "functionality+structure", feature configuration extraction and
characterization were carried out. The evaluation criteria for biomimetic efficiency
were based on the time and intensity of destruction, and a biomimetic model was
established with the time and intensity of destruction as the biomimetic effects;
Establish a response surface testing model with the optimal structural parameters of a
biomimetic filter, using the pressure difference inside the crushing chamber as the
biomimetic efficiency index; Study the working characteristics of bionic components
through simulation and experimental research.
