摘要：目的　分析晚孕期孕妇纯母乳喂养意愿及其影响因素，

以提高本地的母乳喂养率。方法　选择 2022 年６月至 2023 年１

月在西北妇女儿童医院产科就诊的 120 名晚孕期孕妇为调查对象，自制调查问

卷对孕妇母乳喂养意愿和相关因素进行调查，分析影响母乳喂养的相关因素。

结果　调查问卷结果显示，关于纯母乳的定义问题,概念回答正确孕妇 87 人

(73.1%),概念不清孕妇 32 人(26.9%) 认为“母乳是宝宝最好的食品”的孕妇｡113

人(94.6%),认知不到位的孕妇 6人(5.4%) 孕晚期有纯母乳喂养意愿者｡98 人

(82.1%),非纯母乳喂养意愿者 21 人(17.9%)。结论　医务工作者应该在孕期对孕

妇及家人大力进行母乳喂养教育。以改善他们对纯母乳喂养的认知，提高我国

纯母乳喂养率，促进母婴健康。

Investigation and analysis of the willingness and influencing

factors of pregnant and postpartum women to exclusively

breastfeed

Abstract: Objective: To analyze the willingness of late pregnancy pregnant women to

exclusively breastfeed and its influencing factors, in order to improve the local

breastfeeding rate. Method: A total of 120 late pregnancy pregnant women who

visited the obstetrics department of Northwest Women and Children's Hospital from

June 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the survey subjects. A self-made survey

questionnaire was used to investigate the willingness and related factors of pregnant

women to breastfeed, and analyze the relevant factors affecting breastfeeding. The

results of the survey questionnaire showed that regarding the definition of pure breast

milk, 87 pregnant women (73.1%) answered the concept correctly, and 32 pregnant

women (26.9%) had unclear concepts. 113 pregnant women (94.6%) believed that

"breast milk is the best food for babies", and 6 pregnant women (5.4%) had

inadequate understanding. In late pregnancy, 98 pregnant women (82.1%) had a

willingness to exclusively breastfeed, and 21 pregnant women (17.9%) had a

willingness to non exclusively breastfeed. Conclusion: Medical workers should

vigorously provide breastfeeding education to pregnant women and their families

during pregnancy. To improve their understanding of pure breastfeeding, increase the

rate of pure breastfeeding in China, and promote maternal and infant health.
