精量穴播器排种性能自动检测装置
摘要
我国是农业大国,播种在农业工作过程中占据十分重要的地位。播种机械可以对播种
工作有很大的帮助,播种机械的质量直接关系当年农作物的收成,排种器对于播种机械十
分重要,检测排种性能对于我们而言是必须要做的工作。随着时代更迭,播种机械也需要
更高的性能。同样播种机械的检测装置也需要更深入的研究。
现代对于排种性能的测试通常都是使用机械进行检测,并非传统在田地中进行实测,
传统方法不仅耗费人力物力,并且检测结果很容易受到环境的影响。因此本次设计主要检
测精量穴播器的排种性能。
本设计主要进行检测台的设计,使设计的检测台可以在符合要求的条件下对精量穴播
器进行性能检测。主要的工作内容如下:检测装置总体结构设计,其中包括穴播器尺寸确
定、总机架设计、穴播器支座设计。电机选型设计,用于保证动力来源。单片机控制的系
统设计,用于对传感器接收的信号进行接收和数据处理,最终向我们显示我们需要的数据
传感器安装部件的设计,用于对精量穴播器实际排种数和理论排种数检测。

Automatic detection device for seed metering performance
of precision point planter
Abstract
Sowing is the key link in the agricultural work, sowing machinery is very important to the
sowing work, the quality of sowing machinery is directly related to the agricultural harvest of a
whole year, seed planter as the core part of the sowing machinery, the test of its performance is
very necessary. With the change of times, seeding machinery also needs higher performance.
Further research is also needed on the accompanying detection devices.
In modern testing of seed row performance, mechanical testing is usually used instead of
f i e l d t e s t i n g . Tr a d i t i o n a l m e t h o d s n o t o n l y c o s t m a n p o w e r a n d r e s o u r c e s , b u t a l s o a r e e a s i l y
affected by the environment. Therefore, this subject mainly studies the use of machines in the
indoor screening performance testing.
This topic mainly carries on the test platform design, causes the design test platform to be
able to carry on the performance inspection to the precision acupoint planter under the condition
which conforms to the request. The main work content is as follows:The overall structure design
of the detection device, including the size determination of the acupoint seeder, the total frame
design of the acupoint seeder support design of the motor selection design, to ensure the power
source of the single-chip microcomputer control system design, used to control the motor speed
to achieve the simulation effect of the sensor installation parts design, used for the measurement
of the relevant performance of the acupoint seeder.
