题目:手机壳的模具设计
摘 要
在模具行业中模具分为五金模具和非金属模具两种模具,随着高分子塑料的快速
发展,属于非金属模具的塑料模具的制造技术迅速发展,加之塑料制品与人们的生活
密切相关,中国经济的高速发展对塑料模具工业的要求越来越严格,为塑料模具工业
的发展提供了巨大的动力,因此现如今的塑料模具已然成为模具行业中十分重要的角
色,据准确数据统计,中国全年塑料模具产值达到了惊人的 534 亿元人民币。本人将
手机壳的模具设计作为毕业设计是对当今时代模具行业发展趋势的遵循,同时手机壳
又是人们日常生活中的必须品,故本次设计与人们的日常生活相贴切,又与时代趋势
相符。在本套模具设计中从产品的设计到模具总体结构的确定都使用了计算机辅助设
计软件 UG 和 AutoCAD 来分别处理三维和二维的设计工作。尤其是通过使用 UG 中的各种
功能模块让我完成了产品优化、拔模分析、缩水、模具结构设计以及对各种零件的测
量等工作,使得本人在设计过程中对这些软件有了更加深入的了解。在经历了整个设
计过程后对模具的各结构和零件有了更加清晰的认识,通过探究模具的开模的过程使
我明白了模具的开模运动并了解了塑件的整个注塑过程。

Abstract
In the mold industry, molds are divided into metal molds and non-metallic molds. With
the rapid development of polymer plastics, the manufacturing technology of plastic molds
belonging to non-metallic molds has developed rapidly. In addition, plastic products are
closely related to people's lives. The rapid development of China's economy has increasingly
strict requirements for the plastic mold industry, which provides a huge impetus for the
development of the plastic mold industry, Therefore, today's plastic mold has become a very
important role in the mold industry. According to accurate statistics, the annual output value
of plastic mold in China has reached an astonishing 53.4 billion yuan. I take the mold design
of the mobile phone shell as my graduation design to follow the development trend of the
mold industry in the current era, and the mobile phone shell is also a necessity in people's
daily life, so this design is appropriate to people's daily life and consistent with the trend of
the times. In this set of mold design, from the product design to the determination of the
overall structure of the mold, the computer-aided design software UG and AutoCAD are used
to handle the three-dimensional and two-dimensional design work respectively. Especially
through the use of various functional modules in UG, I have completed the work of product
optimization, draft analysis, shrinkage, mold structure design and part measurement, so that I
have a deeper understanding of these software in the design process. After going through the
whole design process, I have a clearer understanding of the structure and parts of the mold.
Through exploring the mold opening process, I understand the mold opening movement and
the whole injection process of plastic parts.
