设计铣削75×40的端面,钻攻2×M8的螺纹孔的钻床专用夹具-拨叉机械加工工艺及专用夹具设计
摘 要
随着现代社会不断进步和发展,机械制造业在我国经济发展上占有着越来越重要的
地位,在机械制造和机械加工工艺中,机床专用夹具始终占据着一席之地,它对机械加
工生产、机械加工精度和加工所需成本有着密不可分的关系。
本文所主要研究的内容是拨叉机械加工工艺及专用夹具设计,主要的研究内容如下,
对车床拨叉零件进行工艺分析,确定毛坯制造形式,确定粗基准和精基准在本次研究中
的选择,制定工艺规程,填写工艺过程卡及加工工序卡,并对零件的整个工序进行工艺
规程制定。
设计铣削 75×40 的端面,钻攻 2×M8 的螺纹孔的钻床专用夹具,设计铣削宽 18H11 槽
的铣床专用夹具,选择定位元件及确定夹紧方案,进行切削力及夹紧力的计算,选择对
刀元件、连接元件及设计夹具体,选择钻套、钻模板及设计夹具体,选择定位元件及确
定夹紧方案,进行误差分析。
通过确定合理的定位与夹紧方案进行三套典型加工工序中工艺规程的制定,所设计
的夹具保证零件的加工精度,使设计的夹具能满足被加工件的加工要求。

Abstract
With the continuous progress and development of modern society, the machinery
manufacturing industry plays an increasingly important role in the economic development of
China. In the mechanical manufacturing and machining process, the special fixture of machine
tool always occupies a place, which has an inseparable relationship between the machining
production, the precision of machining and the cost required for processing.
The main contents of this paper are the mechanical processing technology and special
fixture design of fork. The main research contents are as follows: process analysis of the turning
fork parts of lathe, determination of blank manufacturing form, selection of rough and fine
benchmark in this study, formulation of process procedures, filling in process cards and
processing process cards, And the whole process of the parts is made with the process procedure.
Design milling 75 × 40 end face, drill 2 × The special jig for drilling machine with M8
thread hole is designed for milling machine with 18H11 groove wide, positioning element and
clamping scheme determined, cutting force and clamping force calculation, specific cutter
element, connecting element and design clamp are selected, and specific drilling sleeve, drilling
template and design clamp are selected, positioning elements and clamping scheme are selected
for error analysis.
By determining the reasonable positioning and clamping scheme, the process procedure of
three typical machining processes is formulated. The designed fixture ensures the machining
accuracy of the parts, and makes the designed fixture meet the processing requirements of the
processed parts.
