摘 要
本文阐述的是关于解放中型载货汽车驱动桥总成设计和计算过程。
中型货车在生活中有着极大的占比,并且驱动桥对于货车性能高效率有着极大的
影响。为迎合如今载货汽车的安全性、大载荷和高效率发展,去驱动桥的设计结构有
着新的高要求。在设计过程中要保证实际的可用性和结构的简洁性,尽可能满足标准
化、通用化、系列化,保证后期维修保养方便,整体制作工艺好、制作简单方便。总
的来说需要其简单、安全、便宜,能大幅度的拉低整车生产成本,在降低其生产成本
的过程中不影响其基本的性能并且做到尽可能的提升。在设计结构、选材方面遵照国
家标准,满足环保、安全等方面的不同需求,最终设计出一款符合国家标准和尽可能
更多的符合大众人群需求的驱动桥。
首先参考相似车型,在满足国家相关标准的前提下对重要零部件初步选定其结构
和参数,分析结构及其优缺点,争取满足使用条件并最大限度减少自身份量和价格。
在前者基础上进一步确定设计方案,对驱动桥中的各个零部件采取传统设计方法进行
设计并进行计算及校核。本次设计在最终确定整体方案且验证可用后,结合相关资料
和国家相关规定进行完善设计,最终运用 CAXA 软件绘制出零件图及装配图,完成设
计。

Abstract
This article describes the design and calculation process of the transaxle assembly for
FAW JIEFANG.
Medium-sized trucks account for a large proportion of life, and the transaxle has a great
impact on the performance and efficiency of trucks. In order to meet the safety, high load and
high efficiency development of today's trucks, the design structure of the transaxle has new
high requirements. In the design process, it is necessary to ensure the actual usability and
structural simplicity, as far as possible to meet the standardization, generalization,
serialization, to ensure the convenience of later maintenance, the overall production process is
good, the production is simple and convenient. In general, it needs to be simple, safe and
cheap, which can greatly reduce the production cost of the whole vehicle, and do not affect its
basic performance and improve it as much as possible in the process of reducing its
production cost. In terms of design structure and material selection, it complies with national
standards to meet the different needs of environmental protection and safety, and finally
designs a drive axle that meets national standards and meets the needs of the public as much
as possible.
First of all, refer to similar models, preliminarily select the structure and parameters of
important parts and components under the premise of meeting relevant national standards,
analyze the structure and its advantages and disadvantages, and strive to meet the conditions
of use and minimize the amount of self-identification and price. On the basis of the former,
the design scheme is further determined, and the traditional design methods are adopted for
each component in the drive axle to be designed, calculated and checked. After the overall
scheme is finalized and verified to be available, the design is improved in combination with
relevant data and relevant national regulations, and finally the part drawings and assembly
drawings are drawn by CAXA software to complete the design.
