容器式货柜被誉为创新的运载设施,在与经典搬运技术相较之下,它突出了稳固
安全、搬运自如、迅速便捷、经济适用以及环境友好等多重长处。通常采用筒型集装
箱来装载液体或气态的散装货物。得益于其充足的强度与硬度,容器箱能够经久耐用
地反复利用。经过广泛搜集与审阅众多国际及国内贮罐相关的资料后,本文阐明了集
装箱式储罐的搬运模式以及 C 型贮罐的圆筒和封闭端的结构特点。接着,本文从设计
所需的压力与温度、预计负载、储罐与端盖的厚度、所选用的材料等多个角度,细致
讲解了贮箱设计的手法和步骤。提出罐式集装箱安全辅件的选择策略,计算了对人孔
开设增强的方案,随后进行了关于罐箱承载结构以及其承受力的设计与计算工作。显
然,在选定储存容器和支持部件的规格过程中,对储罐纵向、环向以及切向应力所进
行的核算指出了设计上的结构高应力集聚点,故而还需检验船舶运动所产生的动态负
荷影响,并据此对构造做出进一步的改善。采用程序对比各类工作状态时建筑的受力
程度,进而核实其是否达到相关标准。我们对框架的四个角支撑点施加全固定约束,

需特考虑其与通气体存储设施的区别,特是在安全防火措施方,同时在

Abstract
As a sophisticated mode of conveyance, tank containers surpass conventional loading
and hauling practices with their superior safety, dependability, versatility, user-friendliness,
cost-effectiveness, functionality, and eco-friendliness.Tank containers are typically utilized to
convey bulk liquids or gases. Due to its sufficient strength and stiffness, the tank can be
reused for a long time. By collecting and consulting a large amount of relevant information on
domestic and foreign storage tanks, the transportation mode of tank containers and the
cylinder and head forms of C-type storage tanks were demonstrated. Then, the design method
and process of tank containers were described in detail from various aspects such as design
pressure, design temperature, design load, tank and head thickness, and material selection.
And proposed the selection method of safety accessories for tank containers, calculated the
reinforcement of manhole openings, and then designed and calculated the support structure
and strength of tank containers. The recognition that a high stress concentration zone exists in
the cargo tank's structure is acknowledged when its dimension and corresponding support
elements are calculated, taking into account assessment of axial, circumferential, and shear
stresses. The dynamic load conditions caused by ship motion should also be checked to
further optimize the structure. Verify the stress level of the structure under various working
conditions through software to confirm whether it meets relevant requirements. Impose
comprehensive restrictions on the quartet of supports anchoring the frame's base and conduct
validation analyses across all quintet operational scenarios.In the event that the verification
does not succeed, steps to fortify the tank's integrity may involve thickening the plate
material, repositioning the supports, and installing additional reinforcing bands along the
inner surface.
T1 storage tank is a commonly used equipment for storing T1. Due to the flammable and
explosive nature of this gas, when designing this type of storage tank, attention should be paid
to its differences from general gas storage tanks, especially in terms of safety and fire
prevention, as well as its manufacturing and installation characteristics. China generally
adopts normal temperature pressure storage tanks, which generally have two forms: spherical
storage tanks and cylindrical storage tanks. Compared to cylindrical storage tanks, spherical
storage tanks have the advantages of lower investment, lower metal consumption, and smaller
footprint. Nonetheless, the intricacy involved in their fabrication, assembling, and setting up,
coupled with an extensive amount of welding tasks, incurs elevated costs for
installation.Should the combined storage capacity typically exceed 500 cubic meters, or if an
