摘 要
AT89C52 单片机为本次设计主控芯片,作为“决策机构”,用直流减速电机提
供动力的来源、方向的控制及小车的启动和停止。安装于小车前端中央的超声波传
感器作为输入实现小车避障。用 SR-HC04 检测障碍物,使用软件计算出距离,决策机
构根据距离判断安小车是否跟随还是再次避障。装于小车前端 SR-HC04 左右同一水
平同向放置的热释电红外模块SR602,用以检测人体特征,再经过程序处理实现人
体跟随。小车启动各模块初始化完成后,SR-HC04先判断是否有障碍物,在没有障
碍的前提下 SR602 寻找跟随目标以确定小车前进方向,决策机构根据两个模块提供
障碍物位置和人体位置,决定小车下一步的动作。有没有障碍物出现或是否避障,
亦或是判断跟随目标方向发生变化。该设计实现了根据人走动位置的变化,SR602
识别人体方位后,控制电机跟随,使用 SR-HC04 超声波模块避开跟随过程中的各种
障碍物,实现小车的自动避障及人体跟随。

Abstract
AT89C52 single-chip microcomputer is that main control chip design in this paper. As
a "decision-making mechanism", the DC speed reduction motor is use to provide the power
source, direction control and the start and stop of the trolley. An ultrasonic sensor installed
in the center of the front end of the car is used as an input to realize obstacle avoidance of
the car. SR-HC04 is used to detect obstacles, and the distance is calculated by software.
The decision-making body judges whether the trolley follows or avoids obstacles again
according to the distance. The pyroelectric infrared module SR602 installed at the front end
of the car SR-HC04 is placed in the same horizontal direction. It is used to detect the
human body characteristics and realize the human body following through the program
processing. After initialization of each module, SR-HC04 determines whether there is an
obstacle or not, and SR602 searches for a follow-up target to determine the direction of the
trolley without the obstacle. The decision-making mechanism determines the next action of
the trolley according to the obstacle position and the human body position provided by the
two modules. Whether there is an obstacle or whether the obstacle is avoided, or whether
the direction of the target is changed. According to the change of human walking position,
SR602 recognizes the human orientation, controls the motor to follow, avoids all kinds of
obstacles in the process of following by using SR-HC04 ultrasonic module, and realizes
the automatic obstacle avoidance and human body following of the trolley.
