面向独居老人的室内主动式服务机器人

摘 要
随着我国经济的不断发展,我国已经进入人口老龄化快速发展阶段。伴随老年人人口的
不断增长,与之相对应的老年人看护问题亟需解决。如何提高老年人的生活水平,提高他们
在生活中的自理能力,帮助他们建立生活自信心,已经成为社会需要迫切解决的问题。在中
国智造 2025 浪潮推动下,服务机器人正逐渐成为新兴战略产业,作为未来优先发展重点,已
经走进了人们的视野。因此我们设计了一种室内主动式服务机器人,它能够有效解决独居老
人的看护问题。本设计具体包含以下几个功能:
(1)医疗提醒:根据医嘱设定服药时间,当到达预设的服药时间时,机器人主动移动至
老人身边利用语音播放模块提醒老人及时服药,若老人未曾取药,则每隔 5分钟重复提醒。
在四次提醒结束老人仍未服药,利用无线通信模块向家属发送异常情况信息。通过在药箱内
部放置压力传感器,通过压力传感器的数值来判断药量的剩余情况,以便监护人能够及时补
充老人所需药品。
(2)体征监测及紧急送药:通过可穿戴健康设备对老人的心率、血压、血氧等生理参数
实时监测,在监测到异常情况时,通过无线通信模块将异常信息发送给机器人,机器人接收
到异常信息后对老人进行紧急送药。
(3)一键求救:当老人发生意外且具有自主意识时,老人可以通过可穿戴设备上的一键
求救功能,通过无线通信模块将求救信号发送给服务机器人和监护人,机器人移动至老人身
边,监护人通过远程视频监控与老人保持实时沟通。
本设计的创新点在于利用新型定位技术有效提高了室内定位精度,获取到更为准确的位
置信息。再利用全局路径规划和局部路径规划相结合的方法,得到一个用时最短、路径最优
的规划结果。最终完成对老人的主动送药服务,使其实用性得到了进一步加强,避免老年人
因忘记服药或突发疾病无法服药导致病情的进一步恶化。
室内服务机器人的设计制作完成后,在实验室环境中进行了室内定位、路径规划、主动
送药等功能的实验测试,测试结果表明本设计采用的理论算法及提出的方法具有一定的可行
性和实用性,基本达到了预期效果。

ABSTACT
With the continuous development of our country's economy, our country has entered a stage of
rapid development of an aging population. With the continuous growth of the elderly population, the
corresponding nursing problems for the elderly need to be solved urgently. How to improve the
living standards of the elderly, improve their self-care ability in life, and help them build self-
confidence in life has become a problem that society needs to solve urgently. Driven by the 2025
wave of China's smart manufacturing, service robots are gradually becoming an emerging strategic
industry. As a priority for future development, they have entered people's field of vision. Therefore,
we have designed an indoor active service robot, which can effectively solve the care problem of the
elderly living alone. This design specifically includes the following functions:
(1) Medical reminder: Set the medication time according to the doctor's advice. When the preset
medication time is reached, the robot will actively move to the elderly and use the voice playback
module to remind the elderly to take the medication in time. If the elderly has not taken the
medication, the reminder will be repeated every 5 minutes . After the four reminders, the elderly still
did not take the medicine, and the wireless communication module was used to send abnormal
situation information to the family members. By placing a pressure sensor inside the medicine box,
the value of the pressure sensor is used to determine the remaining amount of medicine, so that the
guardian can replenish the medicine needed by the elderly in time.
(2) Physical sign monitoring and emergency medicine delivery: real-time monitoring of
physiological parameters such as heart rate, blood pressure, blood oxygen and other physiological
parameters of the elderly through wearable health devices. When abnormal conditions are detected,
the abnormal information is sent to the robot through the wireless communication module, and the
robot receives Emergency delivery of medicines to the elderly after receiving the abnormal
information.
(3) One-key help: When an elderly person has an accident and has autonomous consciousness,
the elderly can use the one-key help function on the wearable device to send the distress signal to the
service robot and guardian through the wireless communication module, and the robot moves to the
elderly. The guardian maintains real-time communication with the elderly through remote video
monitoring.
The innovation of this design lies in the use of new positioning technology to effectively
improve the accuracy of indoor positioning and obtain more accurate position information. Then use
the method of combining global path planning and local path planning to obtain a planning result
