鲜辣椒全自动去把机设计
摘 要
本设计论文论述了一种新型的鲜辣椒去把机的设计方案，详细的介绍其工作
原理、传动系统的设计计算、主要参数选择、及特殊零件的结构设计。近年来，
辣椒逐渐成为人们最喜欢的食物之一，辣椒产业规模化，现急需一种鲜辣椒全自
动去把机来满足加工需求。该课题设计的鲜辣椒去把机结构简单、 操作容易、
便于加工一定数量的原材料和实现自动化、 维护方便。鲜辣椒去把机的机械设计
程序分为两步，第一步是初步设计，主要是通过机械原理与设计的知识来设计整
体方案，理论计算选出合适的传动部件。其中包括对传动系统部件中带、齿轮、
轴的计算校核和电动机的选择等；第二步是实际设计，主要根据初步设计选定的
方案完成对去把机各个机构的三维建模以及整体安装与布置。

ABSTRACT
This design paper discusses a new type of fresh pepper to the design of the machine,
a detailed introduction to its working principle, the design of the drive system
calculation, the main parameters of choice, and the special parts of the structural design.
In recent years, pepper has gradually become one of the most favorite food, pepper
industry scale, is an urgent need for a new hot pepper to the machine to meet the
processing needs. The design of the hot pepper to the machine structure is simple, easy to
operate, easy to process a certain amount of raw materials and to achieve automation and
easy maintenance. Fresh pepper to machine the machine design process is divided into
two steps, the first step is the preliminary design, mainly through the mechanical
principle and design knowledge to design the overall program, the theoretical calculation
of the appropriate transmission components. Which includes the calculation of the belt,
gear and shaft in the transmission system components and the selection of the motor. The
second step is the actual design, which mainly completes the three-dimensional modeling
of the various mechanisms of the machine and the whole Installation and arrangement.
