基于STM32单片机高频信号发生器设计

摘 要
随着电子技术的快速发展,信号发生器作为关键的测试与测量设备,在通信、科
研、教育等多个领域得到了广泛的应用。本设计旨在实现一种基于 STM32 单片机的
高频信号发生器,该发生器能够产生小型化、高精度、稳定性强的信号源,满足现代
电子测试领域的需求。研究内容包括系统方案设计、硬件电路设计、软件电路设计以
及设计影响分析等方面。
本设计的研究重点在于开发一种集成度高、操作简便且性能稳定的高频信号发生
器。通过采用 STM32 单片机作为控制核心,结合 DDS 函数发生芯片的先进技术,实
现了对信号频率和幅值的精确控制。在设计过程中,特别关注了用户界面的友好性和
操作的便捷性,以期为用户提供一个直观且易于操作的信号源解决方案。针对测试过
程中可能遇到的问题,如电源波动和编码器相位捕捉等,进行了深入的分析和解决,
确保了信号发生器的可靠性和实用性。
通过搭建测试电路,对频率、幅值等参数进行了测试,并针对测试过程中发现的
问题进行了故障分析和解决。测试结果表明,该信号发生器在 0-5MHz 的频率范围内
具有良好的频率特性,幅值存在一定的误差,主要由于电源波动引起。此外,针对编
码器旋转导致系统无法捕捉相位的问题,通过软件校准程序得到了解决。最终,本设
计成功实现了一种具有多种波形输出、频率和幅值调节功能的信号发生器,最大输出
频率可达 5MHz,幅值调节范围 0-5V,为电子工程师和研究人员提供了一种实用的设
计方案。

ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of electronic technology, signal generators, as key testing
and measurement equipment, have been widely used in communication, scientific research,
education and other fields. This design aims to achieve a high -frequency signal generator
based on STM32 single -chip microcomputer. This generator can produce a miniaturized,
high -precision, and stability signal source to meet the needs of modern electronic testing.
The research content includes system scheme design, hardware circuit design, software
circuit design, and design influence analysis.
The research of this design is to develop a high -frequency signal generator with high
integration, easy operation and stable performance. By using the STM32 single -chip
microcomputer as the control core, combined with the advanced technology of the DDS
function chip, accurate control of the signal frequency and amplitude value is achieved.
During the design process, the friendship and operation of the user interface are particularly
concerned about the user interface, in order to provide users with an intuitive and easy -to -
operate signal source solution. For problems that may be encountered during the test
process, such as power fluctuations and coder phase capture, in -depth analysis and solution
are performed to ensure the reliability and practicality of the signal generator.
By setting up a test circuit, parameters such as frequency and amplitude values were
tested, and fault analysis and solution to the problems found during the test process were
performed. The test results show that the signal generator has a good frequency
characteristics within the frequency range of 0-5MHz, and there is a certain error in the
amplitude value, which is mainly caused by power fluctuations. In addition, the problem
that the coder rotates causes the system to be unable to capture phase, and the software
calibration program is solved. In the end, this design has successfully realized a signal
generator with a variety of waveform output, frequency, and amplitude adjustment function.
The maximum output frequency can reach 5MHz and the amplitude adjustment range is 0-
5V, which provides an electronic engineer and researchers with one Practical design scheme.
