随着不同领域和不同行业的逐渐发展,环境的不断恶化,对生态系统的关注也越来
越多。在如今社会中各大大都市的建设速度越来越快,人们对城市的环保标准也越来越
高。所以,作为洁净的“卫士”的高压清洗车,成为目前最有前途的特种车辆种类。
本文考虑相关高压清洗车的实际急需和无法装载大量的水限制,在普通货车的基础
上进行的改造,改装一种以二类底盘为基额载质量为5T高压清洗车。在本文设计中有取
力器、高压清洗车动力性、罐体、喷头、燃油经济性、阀体、稳定性之数的计算,最终
得出结构稳定和功能良好的高压清洗车。本型号高压清洗车提高了工作效率,不用在公
路建设较多的消防栓,节约了建设的资金。

Abstract
W i t h t h e g r a d u a l d e v e l o p m e n t o f d i f f e r e n t f i e l d s a n d d i f f e r e n t i n d u s t r i e s a n d t h e
c o n t i n u o u s d e t e r i o r a t i o n o f t h e e n v i r o n m e n t , m o r e a n d m o r e a t t e n t i o n i s p a i d t o t h e
ecosystem. In today's society, the construction speed of major cities is getting faster and faster,
and people's environmental protection standards for cities are also getting higher and higher.
T h e r e f o r e , a s t h e c l e a n " g u a r d i a n " , h i g h - p r e s s u r e c l e a n i n g v e h i c l e h a s b e c o m e t h e m o s t
promising special vehicle type at present.
In this paper, considering the actual urgent need of the relevant high-pressure cleaning
v e h i c l e a n d t h e l i m i t a t i o n o f n o t b e i n g a b l e t o l o a d a l o t o f
water,the transformation is carried out on the basis of the ordinary
truck,and a new type of water-sprinkling vehicle is modified based on the second-class chassis
with a load mass of 5t. There are high-pressure water pump, fluid pump, hydraulic cylinder,
higher pressure cleaning car power, fuel economy, stab ility calc ulation, and fin ally obta in a
high-pressure cleaning truck with stable structure and good function.This type of high-pressure
cleaning car improves the work efficiency,does not need to build more fire hydrants on the
highway,and saves ours construction funds.
