摘 要
当前,越野汽车在极端环境下的性能日益受到重视,其中驱动桥的设计对于整
车性能尤为关键。本文以 HS2030 型越野汽车为例,深入研究了驱动桥的设计和优化。
首先,介绍了驱动桥设计的研究背景和意义,以及国内外的研究现状。接着,围绕驱
动桥的总体方案,从结构和种类、设计要求出发,确立了本项目的设计方向。在主减
速器设计环节,通过对不同结构方案的比较分析,选定了最适合 HS2030 型越野汽车
的设计,并对主减速器的齿轮进行了详细的计算和优化。差速器作为驱动桥的重要组
成部分,本文对其结构形式进行了选择,并对齿轮参数进行了精确的计算。此外,针
对车轮传动装置,本设计对半轴进行了结构设计和强度计算,确保了整体设计的可靠
性。研究结果表明,本设计方案能显著提高越野汽车在复杂地形下的动力传输效率和
可靠性,为类似型号的越野汽车设计提供了有益的参考。本文的研究不仅有助于提升
越野汽车的整体性能,也为未来越野车驱动桥的设计和改进提供了理论依据和实践指
导。

ABSTRACT
At present, the performance of off-road vehicles in the extreme environment is
increasingly valued, among which the design of the drive axle is particularly critical for the
performance of the vehicle. This paper takes HS2030 off-road car as an example to study the
design and optimization of drive axle. Firstly, the research background and significance of
drive bridge design are introduced, as well as the current research status at home and abroad.
Then, around the overall scheme of the drive bridge, from the perspective of the structure
and types, design requirements, established the design direction of the project. In the design
of the main reducer, through the comparative analysis of different structural schemes, the
most suitable design of HS2030 off-road vehicle is selected, and the gear of the main reducer
is calculated and optimized in detail. As an important part of the drive axle, the differential
structure is selected, and the gear parameters are calculated accurately. In addition, for the
wheel drive device, this study conducted the structural design and strength calculation of the
half shaft to ensure the reliability of the overall design. The results show that this design
scheme can significantly improve the power transmission efficiency and reliability of off-
road vehicles in complex terrain, and provides a useful reference for the design of similar
off-road vehicles. The research in this paper not only helps to improve the overall
performance of off-road vehicles, but also provides theoretical basis and practical guidance
for the design and improvement of off-road vehicle drive axle in the future.
