摘要
本文的主题是转向系统的设计。对于转向系的设计,首先匹配与设计车型相符合的整
车参数,并考虑其对汽车转向的影响;其次是转向器选型,包括齿轮齿条设计和调整,使
能够将合适的力矩和传动比传递给传动机构;然后是动力传动装置的设计选型,提供良好
的助力;最后是转向传动装置,即转向梯形的合理布置及杆系的设计。使转向系统结构紧
凑、布置合理、零件数量少、所占空间小,又可以通过动力转向,以提高汽车转向的稳定
性和灵敏度。根据上述要求,设计当给方向盘一定的转角,带动转向轴和相连的万向节旋
转,驱动转向器的齿轮轴旋转,齿轮轴啮合齿条,齿条的移动,带动梯形机构,并最终实
现左右车轮同时转向。本文主要设计转向器和转向梯形,并校核转向器的齿轮齿条和梯形
转角。主要是根据大学所学的《汽车设计》中的转向系部分内容以及《汽车构造》和《机
械设计》等课程而进行设计,设计结果符合强度要求,安全可靠。

Abstract
The theme of this paper is the design of steering system. For the design of the steering
system, first match the parameters of the whole vehicle corresponding to the design model, and
consider its impact on the vehicle steering; second, the selection of the steering gear, including
the design and adjustment of the gear rack, so that the appropriate torque and transmission ratio
can be transmitted to the transmission mechanism; then, the design and selection of the power
transmission device, to provide good power; finally, the steering transmission device, namely
Reasonable arrangement of steering trapezoid and design of linkage. The structure of steering
system is compact, the arrangement is reasonable, the number of parts is small, the space
occupied is small, and the stability and sensitivity of automobile steering can be improved by
power steering. According to the above requirements, when a certain angle is given to the
steering wheel, the steering shaft and the connected universal joint are driven to rotate, the gear
shaft of the steering gear is driven to rotate, the gear shaft engages with the rack, the movement
of the rack drives the trapezoid mechanism, and finally the left and right wheels turn at the same
time. This paper mainly designs the steering gear and steering trapezoid, and checks the gear
rack and trapezoid angle of the steering gear. It is mainly designed according to the contents of
the steering department in automobile design and the courses of automobile construction and
mechanical design. The design results meet the requirements of strength, safety and reliability.
