能和产品的生命力起决定性的影响。

Abstract
With the rapid development of domestic RV market, RV is an important direction of
truck development. With the intensification of truck market competition, the demand for
performance control in the process of vehicle development is becoming stronger and
stronger.
According to the requirements of the designed vehicle model and technical parameters
and the existing production technology level, in order to reduce the production cost and make
the vehicle have the characteristics of good fuel economy, maneuverability and simple
structure; The selection and layout of rear axle, steering gear, transmission shaft, differential
and brake refer to the corresponding component selection and layout design of Yutong Iveco
B530 B RV. The motion check and performance prediction of the main components of the
vehicle are also carried out, including the runout of the steering wheel, the runout of the
transmission shaft, the motion coordination check of the steering rod and the suspension
guide mechanism, as well as the prediction of the vehicle's power, fuel economy,
maneuverability, handling stability, trafficability, braking and smoothness.
The performance of a vehicle depends not only on the performance of the components
of the vehicle, but also on the coordination and cooperation of the components to a great
extent, but also on the overall layout; The overall design level has a decisive impact on the
service performance of vehicles and the vitality of products.
