1．Member should fill in correct information．All information will be kept for internal use only.
会员需填写正确资料，所有资料只供内部使用.
2．Membership will be effective immediately when full payment is made.
会籍日期将于缴清余款当日开启。
3．In any case, all the pre-payment and the membership fees are non-refundable.
任何情况下，所有预缴费，及入会后会籍费均将不予退还。

本俱乐部所属员工的一切承诺，会员必须以书面形式记录在合约内，无会所公章和会所法人签字无效。
