民营企业员工激励问题与对策分析——以雨润集团为例
摘 要:时代在不断的发展,现代环境下,企业之间的竞争逐渐转向了以人为
核心的竞争,企业对人才的关注与重视程度也越来越高。民营企业作为市场竞
争中最活跃的群体,对人才的态度更是求贤若渴,所以会竭尽所能的去挖掘人
才为己所用。但并不是企业拥有人才就后能够高枕无忧了,而是要尽可能的留
住人才,并发挥出人才的重要作用,这就需要运用科学的手段,制定合理的
工激励制度,激发其工作动力,提高其工作效率,发挥其创造力,以实现企业
的快速健康发展。本文以雨润集团为例,通过对其内部目前的员工激励现状进
行分析,找出集团公司员工激励中存在的问题,有针对性得提出了自己的建议
对策,以帮助具体公司完善其激励机制,从而增强企业自身的竞争力,帮助企
业获得长期而稳定的发展,与此同时对同类型民营企业也有着一定的借鉴意义。

Analysis on the problems and countermeasures of employee
motivation in Private Enterprises
——taking Yurun Group as an example
Abstract:With the continuous development of the times, in the modern environment,
the competition among enterprises has gradually turned to the competition centered o
n people, and enterprises pay more and more attention to talents. As the most active gr
oup in the market competition, private enterprises are thirsty for talents, so they will d
o their best to tap talents for their own use. However, it is not that the enterprise can re
st easy after having talents, but to retain talents as much as possible and play an impor
tant role of talents. This requires the use of scientific means to formulate a reasonable
employee incentive system, stimulate their work motivation, improve their work effici
ency and exert their creativity, so as to realize the rapid and healthy development of th
e enterprise. Taking Yurun Group as an example, through the analysis of its current in
ternal employee incentive status, this paper finds out the problems existing in the emp
loyee incentive of the group company, and puts forward its own suggestions and Coun
termeasures to help specific companies improve their incentive mechanism, so as to e
nhance their own competitiveness and help enterprises achieve long-term and stable d
evelopment. At the same time, it also has a certain reference significance for the same
type of private enterprises.
