摘 要
兴乐小区改造项目位于南充市顺庆区，该项目工程规模不大但处于城市市区位置，
需考虑该小区配套成旧、管线复杂、施工现场布置难等问题，在开工前对该项目分析研
究，拟订符合实际的施工组织设计，优秀的施工组织设计对项目施工有着十分重要的作
用，关系着整个项目施工的进展及质量的把控，使工程项目的效益达到最优化，本文对
兴乐小区小区改造施工组织设计初步研究，首先,对施工组织设计研究的背景及其重要性
进行阐释,综合考察国内外研究现状及发展趋势,确定本论文的研究内容,然后根据工程的特
性,对施工组织设计进行深入细致的研究。通过对施工组织设计的优化方法进行分析阐
述，以及对该小区存在的问题进行深入探讨，并通过成本优化、施工方案的保障措施等
措施，为施工前的准备工作做好充分准备。由于项目兴乐小区属于老旧小区改造，有它
的老旧小区改造的复杂性，也对小区改造施工组织过程中存在的问题进行研究，扬长避
短优化出符合该项目的施工组织设计，指导整个施工项目全过程各项活动开展。

Abstract
The Xingle district renovation project is located in Shunqing District, Nanchong. It is a
small-scale project but located in an urban area, it is very important to analyze and study the
project before the start of construction, to draw up the construction organization design that
accords with the reality, and the excellent construction organization design plays an important
role in the construction of the project, which is related to the progress of the whole project
construction and the control of the quality, in order to optimize the benefit of the project, this
paper makes a preliminary study on the construction organization design of Xingle residential
area reconstruction, based on the research status and development trend, the research content of
this paper is determined, and then, according to the characteristics of the project, the construction
organization design is deeply and carefully studied. By analyzing and expounding the
optimization method of construction organization design, and deeply discussing the problems
existing in this district, and through the measures of cost optimization, construction scheme
guarantee, etc. , be fully prepared for the pre-construction preparations. Because the project
Xingle community belongs to the old community transformation, it has the complexity of the old
community transformation, and also studies the problems existing in the process of the
construction organization of the community transformation, optimize the construction
organization design in line with the project, guide the whole construction project in the whole
process of the activities.
