摘 要
机械制造工艺学课程设计是在我们学完了大学的全部基础课、技术基础及
大部分专业课之后进行的。这是我们在进行毕业设计之前对所学课程的一次深
入的综合性的链接，也是一次理论联系实际的训练。因此，它在我们的大学学
习生活有十分重要的地位。
就我个人而言，我希望能通过这次课程设计对自己未来将从事的工作进行
一次适应性训练，从中锻炼自己分析问题、解决问题的能力，为今后参加祖国
的现代化建设打下一个良好的基础。
将设计图样转化成产品，离不开机械制造工艺与夹具，因而它是机械制造
业的基础，是生产高科技产品的保障。离开了它，就不能开发制造出先进的产
品和保证产品质量，不能提高生产率、降低成本和缩短生产周期。机械制造工
艺技术是在人类生产实践中产生并不断发展的。机械制造工艺的内容极其广
泛，它包括零件的毛坯制造、机械加工及热处理和产品的装配等。
由于能力有限，设计尚有许多不足之处，恳请各位老师予以指教。

Abstract
he course design of mechanical manufacturing technology is carried out after we
have finished all the basic courses, technical foundation and most professional courses
in the university. This is an in-depth comprehensive link to the course we studied
before graduation design, and it is also a training of combining theory with practice.
Therefore, it plays a very important role in our university study and life.
As far as I am concerned, I hope that through this curriculum design, I can carry
out an adaptive training for my future work, from which I can exercise my ability to
analyze and solve problems, so as to lay a good foundation for participating in the
modernization of the motherland in the future.
The transformation of design drawings into products can not be separated from
mechanical manufacturing technology and fixtures, so it is the basis of mechanical
manufacturing industry and the guarantee of the production of high-tech products.
Without it, we can not develop and manufacture advanced products and ensure
product quality, can not improve productivity, reduce costs and shorten the production
cycle. Mechanical manufacturing technology is produced and constantly developed in
human production practice. Mechanical manufacturing process has a wide range of
contents, including blank manufacturing, machining and heat treatment and product
assembly.
Due to the limited ability, there are still many deficiencies in the design, please
ask the teachers to give advice.
